I spoke to four different agents, each promised email confirmation within 2 hours, days ago. Still waiting. The dishwasher is delivered, installed and is OK. By the way, I have been a BestBuy customer for many years but none of my previous interactions appear on my account history.

Once installed I used the dishwasher 3 times and it just stopped working midcycle. The first two times I used the dishwasher I am pretty sure the heating element didn't work ever. I am getting a replacement and hope the next dishwasher works correctly and it was just a fluke dud dishwasher

Huge dent in the back

Did not purchase an extended warranty. Have to wait 3-5 business days to hear back from someone if they can find a service provider to send to us.
