Terrible product. Stopped working almost immediately after install. Geek Squad installed a new pump. Now the machine start beeping after a few minutes and you have press Start multiple times before it will complete. Imagine going to bed with the Dishwasher running and it beeping for you to come down to press start !!

This dishwasher has a ridiculous design flow in which the front vent leaks water every time we open the door. We now have to place a towel on the floor when opening the dishwasher. CS says is normal condensation and even sent a tech who confirmed that this was the way this dishwasher operates. I want to return it.

Look at the hole at the top of the control panel on the left, just above the cycle buttons. Water gathers in there during the wash and leaks out when you open it. How does a $950 dishwasher do this? This is awful engineering. I've had it for a week and returning to the store.

Between incorrect deliveries and now after 3 service calls, we have to return our diswasher(new) because it won’t pump water. I’m paying for the annual membership and an extended warranty that gives me ? Now I’m told I have to go back into the store or back into the outlet and pick out a new dishwasher. Get this one picked up which will be another 2 to 3 weeks which makes the house not livable because the stove I bought is not working either.

I purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy. I cannot figure out how to open the door. I've tried resetting the power, verifying the door lock control is not activated, felt around for handles.....nothing. Beautiful dishwasher, but if I cannot open the door.....it's worthless. Will keep trying.

The plastic door where you put your cleaning pod wouldn't stay closed and now it won't release while in operation; it just melts during the heating cycle. For a brand new item over at this price pretty frustrating. For such a simple facet of the machine not sure how it it can be that poorly made....

Horrible weird smell from the 3rd rack made with cheap plastic. The smell still didn't go away after 2 months purchase. You should avoid this horrible product.

Will NOT dry dishes. My old 22 year old dishwasher never had an issue. Dishes are always wet when I unload. Very disappointed.

Noisy, does not dry plastic, door is too hard to open/close

The door leaks water all over the floor from the top vent when you open it after the the dishwasher runs. Its loud and long cycles. It has been this way since installed 9 months ago. Already looking for a new one. My next one will not be Kitchen Aid!

Not happy. Unit is far from quiet. Had a previous kitchenaid dishwasher which was extremely quiet. Had a service call and was told it was normal. Unit frame is all plastic too which was surprising.

We purchased this one during the Black Friday sale. When they came to install it, it didn't work. The installer tried to troubleshoot it, but he couldn't figure it out. So we tried to get another one delivered, but it was on backorder. So we ended up getting another brand.

I suspect either this dishwasher was defective or installed incorrectly. I put a decibel meter on it and it consistently stayed in the low to mid 50’s dba. At several points was as has as 68 dba. We switched to a Bosch.

This dishwasher is very quiet and looks nice. It seems to work well. The salesperson and store that i bought it from were vere nice and helpful. My only complaint is the fact I wasted 3hrs of my time due to the factory's mistake. I took special care to install perfectly myself. When i went to run for the 1st time, it did nothing then error coded for no H2O. Upon watching videos and Kitchenaid faq's we determined a service visit was needed. They felt water inlet valve was bad. They couldn't come for 3 days so i decided to check it out myself. Low and behold, i found the valve and determined no wires were even hooked to it. Upon further inspection, i found a wire harness and clip just hanging there near the motor. Sure enough, it was the connector that clips to the water inlet valve (Not possible to accidentally fall off, Safety clipped). It was never connected at the factory. After the reinstall, it worked perfectly. What a hassle!

The first one leaked the first day after it was installed it took several calls to rush a new one.

Was initially delivered with a large dent, then the replacement didn’t work, and still currently waiting for our third replacement.

Much louder than we thought it would be. Items are still very wet once th cycle ends.

Had the unit professionally installed on November 30th,2020, unit now has failed on December 24th, 2020, not even 30 days later. Where is the quality control? Cant get service since it is Christmas. Buy something else and avoid the issues.

Great dishwasher and super quiet would highly recommend

Runs for 12+ hours and makes beeping noises. I had service out to check it. They claim that it may run for 6 to 7 hours.
