Happy with purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like: super quiet and cleans well. Dislike: middle rack for glasses - configuration is a bit awkward fitting our glasses. Getting used to it.

KitchenAid Dishwasher
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very quiet, love the third rack utensil tray. We have had for about 1 month now, very satisfied... you do need to get used to the controls on top when opening and closing as they have been a little sensitive sometimes... so remind kids to make sure they didn’t trigger it to run when not intended to.

Why did I wait so long?

It's quiet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Silent when running. Since the buttons are on top, only way to tell it's running is a tiny light on front of door. Cleans a lot better than our old dishwasher we replaced.

MP2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very well built and appearance is beautiful. Quiet operation and dishes and silverware come out sparkling clean. The installation was above average. Cannot say enough about how quiet and efficient the operation is. It was somewhat expected but never thought the operation would be this good.

Good value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. Extremely quiet and this is coming from a former Bosch owner. I often have to look at the light to determine if it is running. Dishes come out spotless. Installed it myself, instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Cleans great and is super quiet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second kitchenaid dishwasher (we moved so I got a new one). Although this one doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as my old one, it gets the job done well. Most importantly, it’s really quiet, which is important in open concept living. I recommend this product.

Quiet and Efficient Dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We replaced all our 15-year old KitchenAid appliances with new models. Like most of the reviews have stated, this dishwasher is very quiet. It cleans our dishes quite nicely. Hope this dishwasher as well as the other KitchenAid appliances we bought for our kitchen lasts for 15 years.

KitchenAid 24" Dishwaser
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good, Runs very quite, installation was pretty standard, has a little more depth (1/4 - 1/2") than most due to the overall size they get out of it which is fine and seems to clear the dishes good as well.

Does not dry plastic as expected
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The top rack is great to have for utensils. One of the big draws to this model was the promise that it would dry our plastic. Even with the Extended Dry option it never dries them completely. It is as quiet as expected. All our major appliances are LG for good reason. Our fridge is still running with no repairs after 21 years. Our previous dryer lasted 19.

Can you hear me?
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new washer. My old Bosch started to turn it self on at night without water. Scary. I bought this Kitchen Aid because it claimed to be the quietist dishwasher on the market. It really is. Can hardly tell when it is on. Washes good, too. I also like the internal set up better.

So good, so far - will update as necessary
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a single person household so only a few cycles so far. Like most energy efficient ones, takes a long time it seems to go through a complete cycle, but the few I've done have been really good. My only complaint is the top buttons are SUPER sensitive and you can easily hit most of them by mistake and confuse the poor machine (BTW - learned just close the door, don't hit cancel - and it quiets down).

KitchenAid does the job quietly and efficiently
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BestBuy was great. Our first one had a defect and the replacement was swift. Our new KitchenAid dishwasher is very quiet and gets dishes completely clean on express and normal wash. We haven't had to use the toughest cycle. It is efficient, quiet and does the job very well.

GREAT BUY
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The installer turned it on to test it out. I could not even hear it, and I was leaning on the counter three feet away. Dishes are amazingly clean and the drying cycle leaves everything totally dry. Very happy!!

The perfect dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So quiet you will not know it’s running. The racks slide in and out very smoothly. The automatic clean sensing cycles work perfectly. The finish does not collect fingerprints. Just amazing performance could not be happier. The BB installer was great.

Run 2 full cycles if you want anything rinsed.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Truly as quiet as promised. But does not rinse well, or dry well, even with extended heated dry selected. No options for extra rinse or additional drying. We've started just running it twice (zero soap the second time), then letting it sit to dry overnight. The only way to get them clean and dry. Yes that's incredibly tedious, time consuming, and for a large family it would be simply impossible. It's also wasteful but what choice do we have. I suggest not using rinse aid, as it costs money and doesn't resolve or even slightly improve the above issues. We tried without rinse aid, with the normal amount, and with the setting to use extra. It made no difference so why bother? Waste of money for the gullible masses. The cleaning is actually pretty good, but still fails on things like dried egg on a spatula. Overall, sadly, worse performing than the machine I grew up with in the 90s, and every other older one I've ever used. I suspect it's about "efficiency", but unfortunately it does the opposite because one cycle fails no matter what the settings so we use more water and electricity, not less.
