    The tub on the dishwasher was busted upon arrival and sprung a leak when I did a test run. Best Buy was quick to offer a replacement, great customer service, waiting for a replacement now.

    Had some hiccups with this appliance. Wasn't working right from installation - had purchased it for a remodel project for my home that took longer than expected. Kitchenaid was terrible to work with to get someone scheduled to repair. Easy repair and works fine now.

    Decent replacement for a 11 year old Kitchen Aid. The third shelf for silverware doesn't seem to hold the utensils as firmly as the old design. The roller design is smooth. The machine is rated as 39 dBA but we think it is a bit louder than our old machine.

    My rating is based on past experience with and current expectations from Kitchenaid. Since it had to be ordered, and is not yet delivered, much less installed and operating, this can't be 100% valid, but I think the money spent for the quality given/expected justifies the rating.
