New Kitchen Aid-24 inch

Installers were nice and did a nice job installing! Thank God I had installers as I would not have been able to accomplish the installation!

It has leaked since the moment I received it. I did not purchase the Best Buy service plan and because of that they told me I have to contact Kitchenaide (Whirlpool). Whirlpool sent out a repairman 2 times who claimed he couldn’t find a leak. I called Whirlpool back, they sent a different company out, this guy found dripping, ordered replacement parts. He came back yesterday, put in the new parts. I ran the machine, it’s leaking more now! So today I have to call Whirlpool again! This model is a lemon for me and the customer service is plain awful!

The old dishwasher was to costly to repair. I needed a quiet dishwasher and thought technology would provide it, since it touted "quietest". It is exactly the same inside compartment as the older unit, so no problem with rack configuration. Had it installed thru BB, and the guys did a good job. I was willing to pay much more for a quiet dishwasher. I should have bought the Bosch, which is a top rated brand and more expensive. I was told you have to almost put your hand on this dishwasher to determine it was running....Not the case. Disappointed to say the least.

It is super quiet and the upper utensil tray is perfect for holding chopsticks. The hidden controls and modern design fits our kitchen perfectly. It was also the only appliance in our set to have zero defects, delivery damage, or install corrections!
