    After clearing 3 separate days (7am-7pm) for installation only to have Best Buy continually fail to deliver, we cancelled our order a month after placing it still with no dishwasher. They wasted enough of my time the dishwasher should have been free. Employees nice but impotent in dealing with corporation. We're done with Best Buy.

    This KitchenAid dishwasher broke after 12 months. It took 4 months to get it replaced, once it was finally considered to be a lemon. No help from KitchenAid and Best Buy TotalTech was so busy that we had to wait weeks between appointments. Overall a very disappointing experience with this dishwasher, KitchenAid and Best Buy
