Great sales person. Great experience w/ installation.

The product itself is great, it is Best Buy’s customer service & support that led to the return of this refrigerator. Slight damage at delivery (not fault of delivery guys), hour + on phone to schedule repair, 25 mins to correct address for service call (they delivered to correct address), service man arrives at INcorrect address (day wasted), reschedule, and serviceman shows with part missing board. So have to waste another Saturday. Another hour wit customer service repeating same information. Schedule return - get text for return and amazingly, two days late, there is NO appointment in account. Another 45 mons online and phone to schedule the return. Big fail Best Buy.

The detergent dispenser stopped opening just after 1 year, seems like a common problem with this unit. We never used powder or pods, just liquid detergent. My last dishwasher lasted 26 years and this one stops working properly in just over a year. Very disappointed.

Excellent build quality. This dishwasher is beyond quiet - pay attention to the indicator light otherwise you really can't tell if it's running or not.

The dishes racks are not designed for the best access to them. It's not easy to place plates in the lower rack.

I have had three Bosch dishwashers previous to this KitchenAid. Since Bosch was unavailable I bought this. They claim to be quieter than a Bosch. No way! This dishwasher is unbelievably noisy. Must wait until company leaves to turn it on so we don’t have to talk above the noise.

Installed 11/25/2024. 7 months old, light use as with only 2 household members. The Soap dispenser door doesn't open during the wash cycle. 8 days until someone can come out to repair. Spend the extra bucks and get a Bosh.

Great dishwasher but it came with one missing screw.

Stopped working after a year and a half. Kitchen Aid offered to send a tech out for $150 plus parts.

Dishwasher arrived DOA and the installer is gone. Installer left the soundproofing material on the counter and was 2 hours late. Dishwasher does not work. Its 12/12/2020 and the process started at the end of October. Along the way I've gotten misinformation from the installers, customer service, lies from customer service on refunds and compensation for the time, and now the dishwasher when it finally gets here does not work. This has been the worst shopping experience of my adult life.

Don’t believe the reviews about being quiet . I could not get a Bosch and I was recommend this dishwasher as an alternative. My kitchen was remodeled with the specs of this dishwasher so I can’t even put a Bosch in now because it’s too high. The Best Buy department was understandable and actually sent me a new dishwasher same one and it still was very loud. I used an app and it was over 60 not 39. I have an open concept in my house so noise echoes really easy. I am so disappointed in the noise. I have plenty of friends with Bosch and you can barely hear it running. I hear the water splashing around. I bought this when not on sale so comparable price to Bosch 300. If noise is an issue , walk away from it

I purchased this item at the local store and scheduled a delivery within the week. The delivery screwed up 3 times. Attempt #1: they cancelled because an extension hose that had been confirmed to be available wasn't available. Attempt #2: they cancelled because the dishwasher and hose were put on separate trucks (who would do that?) and only the hose truck showed up. Attempt #3: Good man hauled away my old machine only to open the new dishwasher crate and reveal that the new one's top had been crushed in. Going back to the well for Attempt #4 in ten days. More than 6 weeks. Stay tuned!

Not sure but not great so far. Leaves white residue and doesn't clean that well.

this item only worked for 17 months. I have had a licensed repair tech come out four times, still no fix. Kitchenaid does not stand by their products, and the corporate support has been no help.
