    the tech did not install the bottom piece on the front of the dishwasher. He said he's be back at the end of the week to do it.He did not return. I called the store, was told someone would be right out., Another no show. Third call resulted in a appointment for this in November over a month since purchase.

    Very disappointed in Best Buy. They sold us an open box dishwasher with a leaking box. Wont be buying anything from best buy agsin

    Disappointed! Kitchen Aid is expect more. I didn’t expect to receive a $1000 dishwasher with a busted off upper basket control arm! I sent it back! Went to Lowe’s.

    This dishwasher has not worked since I bought it they are suppose to replace it. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still don’t have a working dishwasher

    Bad quality for KitchenAid now, It was famous for quality and performance, leaking from under and bad inlet valve, returned, I rather send less money buying Korean Brands

    Not installed correctly so it can't be used. The internal parts are losing in the bottom of the unit.

    Its brand new. But the normal wash function cannot be selected. The other options are available.

    Broke after 14 months. Spend $900 to buy it and then another $400 to have it repair after 14 months. I was expected more from this brand!

    This dishwasher was installed but leaked. This was a replacement for another which also leaked. Both returned and I bought a different brand. First time I’m getting a dishwasher which isn’t a KitchenAid in almost 60 years.
