This KitchenAid dishwasher is really quiet. It washes superbly. The 3rd rack is a very welcome feature as well as the height adjustable 2nd row rack. Controls are simple and are not easily bumped with the recessed and angled touch panel. Plus has a easy "control lock" feature to help prevent little button pushers from turning the machine on (which you might not even notice because it runs so quite) or from them turning it off mid cycle. This appliance looks great inside and out and it feels solid when opening and closing the door.

So far this dishwasher has met our expectations. It has cleaned everything that we have throw at it. It is quiet and easy to use. The racks are well laid out and thought out. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I love this 3 rack dishwasher! It’s quiet, looks wonderful with my KitchenAid appliances set - has the rinse only cycle I truly wanted and it dries the dishes completely! Tons of space inside!

Best dishwasher I have ever had. Very quiet and dishes are always clean. No fingerprint stainless steel works great. Only have this 4 stars due to the price as it is kind of high and the install. Install arranged by Best buy and the installers were friendly and kept the area clean. At first they stated they could not install based on the shut off valve I had and needed to be changed. After asking about getting a new install arranged the other installer found a the water valve under the sink that was not being used. After they installed and left, I noticed water under the sink building up and seen the p trap nut was split from overnighting. I had to then reassemble the trap and add a washer in the garbage disposal drain to stop all leaks. This should have been caught by them.

This dishwasher has great features and capacity is maxed out from efficiency of top rack. It is the quietest dishwasher I have owned including Bosch. Does a great job cleaning and drying.

We love our new sleek, stylish, quiet (!) Kitchenaid dishwasher! The 3 trays are wonderful, practical...and glide out and back with ease. The trays are well designed to hold dishes of all sizes and shapes, cups, glasses -- stem glasses! -- And I am in love with the large, well-designed silverware basket. Ah, yes! The dishes come out clean, dry and sparkling. All in all this newest major appliance is a TEN with FIVE STARS! Go Kitchenaid!

It’s quiet, dishes shine coming out and my kitchen looks clean and updated. The 3 drawers and the adjustments they allow makes space for all my larger pots and utensils. No hand washing needed. Great experience with purchase, delivery and installation. I would buy again.

This is a great dishwasher. It cleans and drys(!) well, is quiet and the third row is awesome. Great buy! The BB salesman’s was really helpful also (Nick?).

So far, so good. It cleans and dries well. There is not much noise during the process. I like the 3rd rack but have not used it very many times yet. I am glad that the door does not open at the end like many models do now. There is no handle on our version and I like it. The buttons are easy to read.

This wasn't my first choice but I got it because my old dishwasher wasn't working and this was available. I couldn't be happier. This dishwasher cleans beautifully and quietly. The cycle is a little long but it also DRIES!! I haven't had dishes come out dry in years! Also, the top tray is very cool - all sorts of odds and ends fit in there when I had no place for them before. I am able to fit dishes and bowls in here better than I could with my 3-level Bosch.

Beautiful appliance, makes an impression in your kitchen. Great flexibility with 3 racks. Dishes & glasses come out spotless. So quiet, you wonder if you turned it on! Expensive but worth it. Install by Best Buy was quick and very professional. We now have a KitchenAid refrigerator and dishwasher from Best Buy!

I love the third rack, it fits a bunch of mugs, glasses and large cooking utensils. We no longer have to pre-rinse our dishes, they always come out clean with no deposits on them. It's very quiet and was an easy DIY install.

We compared this to several high-end models. This was the only one that had it all. Stainless steel, three racks, adjustable height, adjustable tines, front control panel, proper drying. It is amazingly quiet. I thought of Kitchen Aid as an older name, but it definitely has the most contemporary design. Very pleased with it. It also smells good!

The racks are really well designed, and the internal capacity is great. The racks are angled to make it easier to fit dishes in without blocking movement. Gets the dishes clean, even when loaded by a teenager who isn't interested in what they're doing. Runs quietly. We've had it for about a month, so I can't speak to longevity yet. My only complaint is that there is only a 4-hour delay start, rather than the 1, 2, or 3 hour delay on our last dishwasher.

Great Dishwasher, plenty of space for all my dishes. Three racks that wash dishes perfectly. The finish is really nice as well, sturdy and made of quality parts. This is my first Kitchenaid and I can assure you I will go with Kitchenaid in the future

So far I’m in love! It’s quiet, holds a ton of stuff including my canning pot which is huge! Recently gutted my 1940’s kitchen. The 1990’s remodeler chose cabinet space over dishwasher convenience. Not me, I hate hand washing dishes! This was my 3rd Dishwasher order. BB mucked up. Made it right with a price adjustment equal to the price of order #2 which was out of stock when they let me order and schedule delivery. Then they didn’t bother to inform me in advance that it wasn’t on the truck. I have to reorder. By this time inventory is even more sparse than my original order; my options were much more expensive. Order date 9/3 but they couldn’t deliver & install until 9/27. I was at the end of a contentious remodel that required the dishwasher delivery before my washer & dryer could be reinstalled. We’re in a pandemic, I don’t want strangers walking through my house when they could enter/exit through the back porch. After 3 months at the laundry mat I wasn’t willing to wait almost a full month to wash at home. The soonest they could deliver but not install was 9/18. So I have actually only had use of the dishwasher since then. I’m basically washing things that were boxed for 3 months so no dried on tomato sauce, grease or burnt food. Although, my ancient Corning Ware came out looking brand new. I’m a little concerned that the quartz counter above it gets warm, but it’s not hot. And why does it need a rinse aide? I think it would cook some plastic so it’s top shelf only for plastic. I do wish the Express cycle was a little faster I have a lot of kitchen stuff to wash and put away in my new kitchen. Overall, I like what I see so far.

I bought this KitchenAid dishwasher to replace a 19 year old Kenmore. The first time I used it I couldn't believe how quiet the dishwasher was. It holds a lot of dishes and I absolutely love the third rack for drinking glasses and coffee cups. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased this dishwasher, Kitchenaid dishwashers are not cheap! Pros- Whisper quiet, large capacity, 3 racks to put dishes on which are customizable to different size dishes. Cons- Expensive, leaves water on top of cups after drying. Some higher end models dry better. Overall satisfies with purchase.
