Pretty good washer! Still leaves some water on plastic after drying cycle but light years better than old machine.

great dishwasher, the 3rd rack very useful. Cleans very well. The look is very upper end with no metal logo plackard. very nice looking dishwasher.

The only problem is that the third rack is narrower in height and does not hold all glasses. The wine glass holders have -there are only 2 -the video shows 4 / And they are extremely pricey to purchase that fit that dishwasher. Also-bit of dishonesty here-kitchen aid goes not exist any longer-it was bought by Whirl pool and the Manuel is extremely cheap made from news orint with very limited information. The sales person needs to tell you that Kitchen and for all purposes no longer exists ——other than that -great dishwasher

Gets the dishes clean, is very quiet. However it leaks water (condensation) from the front vent when we lower the door when the cycle has finished.

We are very happy with the Kitchen Aid dishwasher. We had our floor replaced in the Kitchen which raised it about a 1/4 of an inch and our old dishwasher would no longer fit. This one did and the first one we did have unfortunately would not work. We had a second put in and it works great, very quiet and does a fantastic job on cleaning and drying the dishes and silverware. Highly recommend this particular dishwasher and buying it through Best Buy. The went way out of their way to be sure we were satisfied and the installers were great as well they used.

Working well so far. The pro wash feature has been getting the dishes very clean. It’s expensive though, and I think the racks are plastic.

Looks great. No fingerprints like other stainless steel appliances. Super quiet. Very happy with this product.
