What a degration from the old machine that I sadly had to replace. I was expecting at least a one-for-one replacement and in fairness expected the quality and user-friendliness to have even further improved. Not at all the case. Looks like KitchenAid is moving backwards... Washing time is almost tripled (sad for energy and water consumption), the shelves are frustrating to use, as everything slams back, if you are not opening the door extra far. Ridiculous... Inside color is dark and not nice and smell does develop instantly when the machine is not in use. I do rinse all my dishes, cutlery, etc. and still. Weird and never happened before. The compartment for flatware is useless and I have no idea why design would ever go that way. Sad to see, but I am truly missing my old machine. Only plus is the great noise reduction. Congrats on that...

A kitchen aid dishwasher with great reputation and a reasonable price. Best buy sent a technician to install it. Hopefully will have no technical problems for a lengthy period of time

Works well. Delivered and installed without any issues. I would recommend both Best Buy and Kitchen Aid as a good choice for a new replacement for your home. I am a satisfied customer!

Inside smaller than I am use to. I’ll get use to it. Does a great job. Very happy so far.

Door leaked almost immediately after installation. The machine washes okay except for the leak. Contacted KitchenAid for warranty service but they will not send a repair person if you live in the country. You have to find your own appliance repair person and then seek reimbursement from KitchenAid. And even though I’m a Total Tech member, Best Buy would not send anyone because their contract with KitchenAid specifies that KitchenAid must provide the repair service, not Best Buy. So I can’t recommend this model, and certainly not KitchenAid as a company.

All cycles take too long. Instruction manual could be more detailed.

The dishwasher is quiet as we were told it would be. Happy with the purchase.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans better than any I've ever had.

Works great and I specially like how quiet it runs. I wish it had a display to show how many minutes remaining before washing cycle is complete. Only has a light to indicate dishes are "clean".

Great dishwasher. Delivery and installation was a little bit of a hassle, they had to change our initial date. However, all went smooth once installed.

So far I like it. It was installed today. Have not had a chance to put it through a wash cycle but i did a test run and found it to very, very quiet. I am sure we will love it.

Does not dry the dishes and utensils well at all. I should have paid attention to consumer reports. Have to use the extended dry option which does not work on the express wash choice and which also adds time to the whole cycle le.

This dishwasher is worth the price which isn’t saying much as it’s one of the cheaper options. The only way you can get semi dry dishes is to use a setting where you can use the extended dry button. The express wash setting yields completely wet dishes and it doesn’t even try to dry them.

The dishwasher was installed just over a week ago. So I have been able to run it a couple of times. The dishes are looking great! I have only used the express cycle and it does a great job. The machine is very quiet, which was one of my priorities after getting the dishes clean. I would recommend this dishwasher based on brand reputation and my limited experience.
