This unit does not dry the tub - even after washing the dishes overnight. In the morning, the dishes themselves are dry, but they are spotted and the tub sides and door are wet (and more than mere condensation.) If you let the tub and door dry naturally, by leaving the door open for a few hours, expect them to be water spotted too. But if none of this bothers you, it's probably a decent dishwasher, although very expensive. It's actually one of the few dishwashers which actually contains a heating element these days.

The appliance is fine but it is installed incorrectly bc it allows drain water to flow back into the machine and leave everything wet. We have reported this to the store and they say there is nothing they can do about it bc it is a Whirlpool product and they cannot work on it.if this is not resolved soon we will cancel the order and buy something else. Call me to fix this 5127818536.

I've only had this dishwasher a few weeks but so far it has been great. The third rack at the top really cleans the glasses well and I've had no issues with any dishes being left dirty. I upgraded to this from a very cheap dishwasher that broke, but regardless I would say money well spent at this point.

Really nice layout and the 3rd rack is very functional. Amazingly quiet. I don't mind paying a bit more when you really get your moneys worth.

Very Quiet Dishwasher and cleans better than any others we had.

We purchased this dishwasher in June of 2020. Last week we noticed that it was leaking water through the wall to our patio and that the dishes and soap were not getting any water on them. We called the repairman. When he pulled out the dishwasher he ws shocked! The seal around the dishwasher had allowed water to leak all of the interior of the dishwasher and had rusted out the motor and the frame. He said he could repair it, but he wasn't sure how long it would last due to the amount of rust. This was our second Kitchenaid dishwasher, but it will be the last. After paying $1,150 for a dishwasher, you would expect that it would last longer than one year.

Key factor was availability. Needed a dishwasher now not months from now. BB and Kitchenaid came through. Good machine working well so far but it has been less than a month. Fingers crossed.

Works great and the configuration inside is much better than our old dishwasher. My only complaint is that it doesn't dry completely, but I don't think any dishwashers do.

We normally buy Bosch, but we went with this one because of the supply shortage. We are glad we did. The tray configuration is very useful.

I love my KitchenAid dishwasher. This has always been my favorite brand and all products are reliable.

I have 2 of these dishwashers (one in each house). They're well built. Best Buy had the best price.

Works beautifully. Although not everything fits on the 3rd rack, it's very handy to have.

Our previous KitchenAid dishwasher worked every day for 25 years, this one we own just one month but we love it already. It also works every day but has more racks and less noisy.
