I own the dishwasher for about one month and a half and I am pleased with the way it works. I would recommend it to others.

Really am enjoying my KitchenAid dishwasher. I have been a KitchenAid products user for years and several years ago purchased another bran of dishwasher. Bad move.

I have been very pleased with this dishwasher. Finally something that is quite, looks smooth and love being able to set it to start a cycle on a 2 hour, 4hour or 8 hour delay.

Simple to use and best buy price matched immediately which saved a lot of money. Purchased product for 87 year old mother who loves it.

It did an excellent job washing the dishes and was very quiet. The only negative was drying the dishes. My previous dishwasher did a far better job drying.

I've only had for about a month now, but so far it's a great improvement over my really old dishwasher. That said, it has quite a few features that I'm unfamiliar with, and the 7-step Operation Instructions are of little to no help in identifying how to use all the options. There are even some questionable facts given for one option called "Rinse Only": Wash Time is listed as 6 hrs. 45 mins., longer than all others, including "Express Wash", and uses more water than other options like Normal. There's some explanation for the water usage but it still defies sensibilty on all levels. And, BB's so-called "Certified" installer did NOTHING to facilitate use, in fact, I had to ask where the manual was. Turns out, he just pointed to where he left it...on top of my dryer. Regarding the actual dishwasher item, I'm confident it will be a great asset once I figure it all out, no thanks to Kitchenaid nor the installation service.

I never order online but had to. I am so please with the great quality and performance of this dishwasher. Gets everything clean even if very full.

We really love the dishwasher and it works really well. We haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but we love it so far!

So far so good. It does an excellent job cleaning dishes. It pretty quiet when it washes. I'm glad I purchased this product.

I am in love With this dishwasher. I have never had a dishwasher as great as this one! Cleans and dries perfectly. Dishes fit great.

So far loving it. Only used once. Nice quality and looks. Very very quiet. Had to check twice that it was working. Was so quiet.

I was hoping to be "wowed" after all the recommendations for a KitchenAid and my prior experience. Unfortunately, I'm not. It is just ok. It cleans ok, no better or worse than my old dishwasher. It is much quieter and that is nice. What I like the least though, is it does not dry well. I have it on the longest/hottest dry settings and a majority of my dishes still come out, at a minimum, somewhat wet.

Great price and excellent customer service. However, I think I value how quiet the unit is over anything else!

So far it’s great and very quiet! We’ll see after the warranty period, that is why I gave it 4 stars.

I bought this dishwasher on higher price compare to other brand but this one doesn’t have light inside which I was not expecting when I buy it and not enough space to keep sauce and frying pan

Dishwasher is excellent for the price. Very quiet and dries the dishes unlike some of the other dishwashers on the market. There is even a quick wash which is great.

Had a little trouble at beginning... But trading out the dishwasher and getting the new one... made a happy customer. Very pleased and much quieter than older machine.

Dishwasher cleans dishes very good they’re still slightly damp when cycle is complete best one in the market only one with a drying coil

Love this Kitchenaide dishwasher. It is ver good looking. It does a very good job with washing and santizing my dishes and silverware.

Great wash features which gives sparkling clean dishes every time. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned.
