Thx Boshe seemed to be of higher quality. Hard to see the rinse aid level. Can barely hear the beeper to signal end of cycle. Wool have preferred the Boshe but was out of stock . Disappointing.

I haven't had it long enough to give a good review. At first it had an odor but that is gone now. Even with heat drying it seems to have water left on the top of the cups but maybe you can't get rid of that.

It does a very nice job cleaning. I do wish it didn’t rely on rinse aid to dry dishes, but I did enough research beforehand to know that’s what I was getting into. I was insistent on the stainless steel tub, so that was the payoff.

I press the Cancel/Drain button upteen times, and it hums for a couple of minutes, the light turns off, but the water level hasn't moved. Checked the user guide, which advises to be sure that the disposal isn't clogged (no disposal), or the fuse isn't blown, and even cleaned the filter. Bought this even though I realized that KitchenAid is owned by Whirlpool, who I swore I'd never buy another Whirlpool again after my last dishwasher died in fewer than 3 years. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I will be contacting them for a warranty claim.

The dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. And it's quiet. We had researached buying a different brand but because of a shortage in availability we bought this one. Am very pleased.

The only thing I don't like about it is the run time is very long. The shortest wash time is an hour and 15 minutes. But the quietness and the overall look is great.
