I had to return this dishwasher because the top shelf was hanging up on the lever that lowers the shelf. Every time you would slide the shelf back inside the dishwasher, it would hit the rubber gasket on the side. Best Buy made it right, and I ordered another model of kitchen aid.

Very nice dishwasher . So far So good but I haven’t really used it yet.

Just added this KitchenAid dishwasher to my list of their appliances. I am very happy with it. It cleans better than I thought it would. I now know just how much my old one was failing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I love my new kitchen aid dishwasher! Returned a Bosch because of the horrendous smell and it’s inability to clean and dry dishes. But mostly the smell. I was weary that all dishwashers had this issue and am pleased to report that the kitchen aid tar smell was very faint and is not noticeable after a week of use. I was looking for a dishwasher that did not use bitumen sound proofing because of the smell but it doesn’t exist. So here we are. This kitchen aid has great tine placement in the racks and you can configure your dishes any way you want. The Bosch I returned had very close together tines and placement for specific dish patterns that I did not have/use.

KitchenAid dishwasher is a very good brand with many features. Had to buy Kitchen Aid as it is made in America. Like the fact it is very quite. The installer was fantastic really very professional. He completed the job in 40 minutes from start to finish and was very clean.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased this item along with an entire suite of Kitchenaid appliances for nearly $6,000 for the remodel of my home. Product arrived on 9/29/2020. Due to complications with the pandemic my remodel was significantly delayed. They finally installed my countertops last Friday, 10/30/2020. So my contractor was installing my appliances today. When he turned the dishwasher over to install the cord he found that the entire lower standing structure had been severely bent in transit. There is no way I would have noticed this damage until going to install the unit. Upon calling Best Buy I was advised that Best Buy's return policy is 15 days after delivery. So I was out of luck. Best Buy offered no solution to my problem. I have ordered thousands of dollars in product from Best Buy over the years. I will NEVER order another thing again. Absolutely the worst customer service and problem resolution of any company I have ever dealt with. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. I will make it my social media campaign to get this story out. Horrible!!

This Kitchen Aid 24" front load built-in, all the bells and whistle of a more expense washer.

My wife truly loves the new dishwasher and the installer did,a great job teaching her how to use it.

Although not the top of the line Kichen Aid it has plenty of nice features.

So far so good. It’s a quiet unit and runs well. Previously I had a Maytag and you can tell it’s the same company because of the design. That was a good reliable unit but I moved. Hope this one lasts a long time.

I like the functions it has and it seems to do a good job.
