Very good. Cleans great Quite The bottom rack is basic and does not hold as many dishes as prior machine.

Self installed only change needed to purchase new water line because u need 3/4 inch elbow hose fitting to attach to dish washer end. Still has 3/8 inch compression fitting to house end . So easy now they make braided lines for whatever legnth you need. Have stone countertop so needed to use adapter for attaching to cabinets, they need to improve this but works ok. Ran dishwasher and found out a lot quieter than my old GE so far very satisfied

High quality, excellent spot free dishwasher. Even before adding a rinse agent it was spot free. I have been trying all of the settings and so far I have zero complaints. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. I would recommend to friends and family. A usual Best buy was the cheapest price I could find locally and online.

We wanted a Bosch for the name and the reputation, but I’m glad we went with the Kitchen Aid. My parents have a Bosch and it’s so quiet that we wanted one too. After going to several stores looking at dishwashers and comparing features, we liked this one the best. Our price point was less than $1K. We’re so happy with how quiet it is, the layout of the racks, and how smooth the rack rollers are- they just glide right out. I’ll also verify the extra room under this model made installation very easy versus our old Whirlpool model. We ordered it online because we could get it faster, and two days later it was delivered to the house-super easy. Faster than the local appliance place could get a similar product to us and faster than the home improvement big box store could get me the exact same model. You’ll be happy with this model too!

This is a replacement for a Samsung. It gets the dishes very clean, and it's quiet--has many nice features.

I put off replacing the old machine after replacing a water outlet valve for $32, but a few months later it started leaking. It had gotten noisy as well for several years. This model had useful comments and was also on sale a couple of hundred bucks. The low noise rating is accurate, as you can easily hold a conversation or hear the TV from the other room while standing next to it. It doesn’t have a third shelf as some do, but I don’t need it. The upper shelf can adjust vertically to make space above for pots on the top shelf if you want, or to raise high to make space for something underneath. I’ve used the auto-sense lately instead of selecting the cycle, and everything is very clean. Can select longer heat dry if you choose. Very happy with this model, quiet, and doesn’t use much water. Very low operating costs for one year. Especially if discounted this is a great value.

From start to finish, this was a 5 Star experience. When we entered our local Best Buy, we were greeted by Roland. After describing the price level and features we wanted in a dishwasher, he guided us to 3 models, explaining the minor differences between them. We chose the Kitchen Aid Model KDFE104HBL1, as it had front panel controls, a very low noise level, and we did not require a 3rd shelf. Roland then looked-up availability and as it was in stock, we could arrange delivery and installation later that same week. On that day, Antonio and Luis arrived as scheduled. They removed and took-away the old dishwasher, installed the new one, then made a test wash to confirm that everything was operational. In summary, great sales and installation experience. And we are very pleased with our selection.
