Wonderful Dishwasher. Very quiet, love it!! And on sale

I have always been impressed by the function and durability of the kitchen aid brand of dishwasher. This new model’s top shelf slides smoothly and Adjusts very easily to accommodate taller items. Love the stem glass holder. The silverware holder is unique, but works very well to keep items separated.

Works and looks great. We use it almost every day.

I like how well this machine works and it is very quiet.

This is our 2nd Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Best Buy. The lights begin to blink shortly after cycle begins. The door does not seal properly, water seeps out has warped our counter top. Geek squad warranty does not cover because the machine is under manufacture warranty. We have had over 10 service calls from Kitchen Aid service representative. Their solution is to exchange the dishwasher for our 3rd Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Kitchen Aid customer service has been awful. The quality of their product is awful. They refuse to refund our money. The warranty only covers repairs. Even though they have been unable to repair a brand new machine.

Nice and quiet, it’s better than the last one got.

After much to do about purchasing a new dishwasher, Nash, the salesman, helped me select Kitchen Aid's dishwasher. He was a godsend with purchase and delivery (a smooth operation). I am in seventh heaven with my new dishwasher and how clean my pots, pans, dishes glow.

The dishwasher looks good and it took a little to get use to the new configuration of putting dishes in but I figured it out in no time. What I don’t like is the way the silverware goes in. There’s slots you put it in so when you take it out you can’t grab by the handle. Also the dishwasher won’t completely dry your dishes unless you use a rinse agent. It came with a sample of cascade detergent and rinse aid although I use finish. You should not have to buy another product just to get your dishes dry. Why can’t the dishwasher just use the heat setting and dry my dishes? I’ll take my old one back anytime. Made much better and made more sense.

Pretty happy with the Dishwasher after just a few days use but while installing I found it virtually identical to the Whirlpool I pulled out that I was very unhappy with. I like the stainless steel but underneath, I’m skeptical about all the plastic.

We had 20 years from our first kitchen aid dishwasher and that is why we bought the same brand. Seems to have a lot more digital options which in time we will learn to use. Looking forward to the same satisfaction with this one.

The tall tub makes it very difficult for a homeowner to install. I had previous experience, however the taller tub reduces the working area at the bottom to install the water and drain lines. The electric input wire was not to bad.

2 hour cycle. it goes no and on forever. The dry cycle wont dry the dishes. It leaves a really bad smell.

The product itself is ok. The drying is average Delivery process was terrible though. Took 3 months, delivery guy in Huntsville rescheduled us several times.

I'm not completely happy with how the dishwasher racks are spaced, it is hard to load and keep dishes from clanking together. Also the top rack sticks when slid in and out

Our 23 year old Maytag finally died. Went with this KitchenAid as a replacement sine the BB associate said that the Maytag name is not what it was 23 years ago. Very quiet. Happy so far.

Poor quality for the price. Also, dishes do not get dried fully even when adding the rinse aid and using the extended dry setting.

Cleans and runs great. Only 3 stars because it does not hold many dishes. The Bosch I replaced held way more.

Stainless tub stays wet after wash is done, even with extended drying option selected, called ,and they said use rinse aid, did that and didn’t make a difference.

We were limited to our brand/model du to the placement of our water value, being on the floor. But overall, we enjoy the choice.
