This purchase was a replacement for the same model. In the four years since the first purchase, there have been some minor improvements, but there is not much room for improvement. Love the three racks, but most of all, it is silent, which is great for my open-concept kitchen and family room.

Well this machine is quiet, Thats the number one reason I bought it. Cleans well also. I only have one complaint..ok well two. One...I have to use the extended dry on it and it still leaves quite a bit of water. Do not like that. Also since it is leaving water, the handle and basket has water just sitting on top of it. sooo alot of water comes off the basket when I lift it out. I am not happy about this. My last whirlpool dried better than this one. TWO, I did NOT receive a manual on how to use this machine. WHY? Kitchenaid doesnt even have one available to download on their site. WHY? So kitchenaid thinks that people just need to FIGURE IT OUT? Seriously? I have contacted Kitchenaid twice now. First time no response..i am waiting again for a response. Folks I recommend you picking a different manufacture if this is how they do things. I will NOT buy this brand (all brands) they make again. will buy from someone different.

This is the second kitchen aide dishwasher I have had. The first was excellent, that’s why I got a second when I moved. The first thing I noticed was the quality of how it was built when I open and close the door. Solidly built, a great product. It’s quiet and does an excellent job washing dishes.

It's very quiet. I love the third rack for utensils.

This dishwasher is amazing. Dishes come out shinning. You cannot hear this dishwasher running a few feet away and you could sit beside it while talking on phone with no problem!!!!

I got a great deal on a great product. Very quiet. Drain hose is included but you may need the 3/8 to hose 90 deg adapter.

I love the new KitchenAid dishwasher. It cleans my dishes and utensils better than ever before. But, although it states it is 39dBA, it is not as quiet as my previous KitchenAid.

Excellent Dishwasher. It is the 4th dishwasher that I have had in 25 years and by far gets the dishes cleaner than any other machine. It is a joy to unload the dishwasher.

This is a great dishwasher has three interior levels. It is white on the outside, which is hard to find these days and so I was really pleased to find a KitchenAid with these qualities.

So far after a week it’s a very good dishwasher. Bestbuy came and installed with no problems. Only thing I can say is bad about this is the bottom rack doesn’t have the hight my last one had even with it adjusted at the highest setting, cutting board and cookie sheets don’t fit standing up and the noise level is not 3.9 but 4.6.

Works great. Love the grippy handle, and the third rack. I also really love the adjustability of the second rack.

We love our new dishwasher. It is very quiet compared to our old one. Front control allows you to see the wash status.

Cleans better the last two Samsung dishwashers by a mile that we had . Dries great and leaves the dishes spotless.
