Very quiet with plenty of washing and drying options. Specs were right on and fit perfectly into opening.

The only good thing to say is that it's quiet. Now the bad: - It doesn't wash well - plates come out with food on them, some plates as if were never touched by water. I was going to write it off as DOA. However, once tried the express cycle (the 1hr quick cycle) and things came out sparkly clean. Tried a few times to confirm the findings - the express cycle washes well, all other cycles do not. That will be nice and well, except there is no drying for the express cycle (cannot be enabled). So, choice is clean and wet or dry and dirty. - No stemware clips and odd rack shape - wine glasses don't stay up. I have various shaped glassware and is hard to arrange on the 2nd rack. No clips for this model either. So I have to do weird arrangements with coffee mugs to support the stemware upright. - The 2nd rack has a weird shape with lots of humps. For example small plates roll off the middle section of the rack. Bottom line, the racks are missing basic features like stemware clips and adjustable tinges and are not well designed to do away with them. Washing quality is puzzling - washes well on express, but doesn't dry, any other wash cycle leaves specs of food and cloudy classware. I'm returning it, but don't know what else to get. They all seem to have some sort of issues. Old dishwashed leaked after 12 years, washed and dried very well, and was noisy.

So far this has been a great puchase. It runs quietly and I love the 3rd rack for silverware and other utensils. I would definitely recommend!

Express wash is slow. Awkward to load dishes in. Very quiet.+

This dishwasher is so quiet you can barely hear it. Dishes are clean even on the express cycle.

Overall, I like the dishwasher. My only complaint would be that the silverware tray is always wet at the end of the drying cycle.

We replaced a Bosch 800 with this dishwasher. Way way bettter and easier to load creatively.

Great machine, replaced the one we had , unfortunately the manufacture changed the base and is not a true direct replacement for the exact same model /number we had previously so we had to exchange it.

Purchase was easy...and installation... salesman was delightful to work with

We have not had a chance to use the dishwasher yet, but, we have a friend who has this model and has spoke very good about it and the research we have done on the product we felt very comfortable buying it.

Purchased open box. BIG mistake. Associates said all parts were inside. The instruction booklet was for a Samsung range. The installation booklet was for an LG fridge. Additionally, it was missing the drain hose, which can also be replaced directly from KitchenAid. Complete debacle. If you purchase an open box item, make sure it has EVERYTHING included. Best Buy didn't bother to look inside it at all and just handed me a dud. Returned of course. Purchased the same dishwasher brand new when it went on a crazy sale for $599 only $50 more than open box. Love the dishwasher.
