Mine makes a pulsating noise. The factory sends you to a website of normal noises! They don't seem willing to actually talk to you on the phone. The noise I have is not on the list of normal noises. Seems like the factory does not care about the people that buy their product.

Installers were nice and did a nice job installing! Thank God I had installers as I would not have been able to accomplish the installation!

Service appointment came out, played with wires and it started working again. Its a week later and the buttons have stopped working again. Kitchen Aid warranty (covers 1st year) takes 10 days to come service the machine. Didn't realize that expecting a dishwasher to last more than 6 months was a big ask.

While it cleans the dishes, using a rinse aid, it leaves streaks in the drying process. The drying process is what I have the biggest problem with. Even though it has an "extended heat" feature, when the door is opened, there is still quite a bit of moisture on the stainless steel door. I am very unhappy with this product!

Dishwaher OK; salesman not so much
