I have used this dishwasher for over a week; cleans great except for stuck on food on knives. The panel to set the dishwasher is better than my old model; it would “drain” when you bumped the setting. Handle is across the entire front door; easy to open. Easy to load.

Everything was wonderful from ordering to installation. During a time of setbacks and back orders my dishwasher was in stock and quickly carefully delivered and installed. Works quietly as well as efficiently. Thanks Best Buy

Cleans very well. No water residue. A bit noisier than dishwasher it replaced. Hope it goes the distance like my previous Kitchenaid.

This is a mixed review. 3+'s and 3-'s.....Without a doubt the dishwasher is very quiet, it washes well and it dries well. BUT with a big family or if you cook a bunch you will need a second dishwasher because it takes between 2 & 3 hours to wash. Try the tray configuration before you buy it because our bowls don't fit well in the wash trays and a 14 inch lid really does not fit well anywhere. Finally the utensil wash tray has two size openings and the smaller ones are useless for anything but for the handles of of metal measuring spoons. We actually pulled the tray and put in the one from our previous dishwasher. We paid the extra $ for the 3rd row and I cannot say we would do it again. In fact, we wouldn't purchase this unit again.

So far I am loving this dishwasher. We had a Bosch previously and decided to go with the KitchenAid this time around and it is cleaning our dishes very well. My only complaint is sometimes on the heated dry, I feel like some of my dishes could be more dry,

We bought this kitchenaid dishwasher 6 months ago and it was quiet and loved the third rack. Then it started leaking. The repairman promptly came Jan 21, 2021 and he needed to order a pump which was to come in soon. They are telling us now that it won't be here until the end of April!!! This is really not acceptable! I'll never buy another kitchenaid! You can't get them serviced! And you can't get anyone to answer the phone at Best Buy to help you!

Great buy at Best Buy return center. Saved $400 and it works well and quiet too. Sales person was very helpful during pickup. Online purchase was easy and location was not far away. Will purchase other appliances the same way when we need other items.
