e moved into a new home and the dishwasher was so loud we couldn't have a conversation at the dinner table. We purchased KitchenAid Model: KDFE204KPS with a 39 dBA rating. This dishwasher is so quiet you'd never know it's on.

The quietest dishwasher ever.cleaned very good but after washing and drying were complete and I opened the door water dripped onto the floor from the vent on the door. I did return it

So far, this is a great dishwasher. It is the best one I have ever used. Extremely quiet and gets even the dirtiest dishes clean. I do not have to prewash dishes anymore. I get the big stuff off but it even gets off baked on things. And the dishes are shiny again. Works great. Have had it for 3-4 weeks now.

I love this dishwasher! It is very quiet and cleans all dishes perfectly. It has a variety of settings to match any load of dishes. The extra 3rd rack on top is perfect for small items. It is as good as it gets in dishwashers and I highly recommend it.

I just love this dishwasher! It runs so quietly that I don’t know it is running! Plenty of loading space for dishes and the 3rd rack works well for knives and extra flatware.

Very Quiet Roomy I have never had such clean dishes

Replaced an identical unit after 6 years because the 1st units 2nd level tray broke. Both units are very quiet and clean well. Price was reasonable, and being a Geek Squad member the delivery and installation were free. ( other than new hose connector),

WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST DISHWASHER I'VE EVER OWNED. IT FITS OUR DECOR PERFECTLY, AND DOES AN EXCELLANT JOB EVERYTIME. CERTAINLY THE QUIETEST DISHWASHER POSSIBLE. YOU CAN'T EVEN HEAR IT WHEN YOUR MORE THAT 10 FEET AWAY. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ONE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE MACHINE AT A REASONABLE PRICE!

Nice and quiet and cleans the dishes and has good space for large items.

This dishwasher is so quiet. You hardly realize it's running. I wanted a third rack, but now I wish I didn't get one. It's space from the top is shallow and the prong spaces doesn't allow for serving spoon or ladles. You, basically, should only put your silverware on that rack. The up side is you can remove the third rack, if you want. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

This washer is super quiet. I almost have to hold my ear to the door to hear if it is running. It seems well built and cleans the dishes well. The only thing I discount it for is the spacing of the dish holders in the top rack is very awkward. It is not as well designed as our previous washer, which was a KitchenAid.

Had the dishwasher installed, they did a great job doing it. It is also very very quiet. Can’t hear it running at all. Cleans the dishes extremely well. Very satisfied!!

great job cleaning but always must have jet dry full to dry dishes. We dislike the puddle of water it leaves on the floor when you open the door. It comes out of the vent on the door. Extremely quiet.

Only negatives I have found... I wish the third rack was just a bit deeper so I could get bigger utensils up there. Things like tongs and bigger slotted spoons are a little bit of a challenge. I'm also not impressed with the silverware rack. It has little slots to put each piece and my silverware doesn't fit in those slots. However, it cleans great and it virtually silent.

This is a great dishwasher. Cleans well, especially with Finish pods. It can be a little loud so I set it to run at night.

Love the new dishwasher. Very quiet, better than I thought it would be and dishes come out super clean

First kitchenaid appliance we have gotten. This is much better quality than the lg we had. Would recommend for someone that wants a good looking, quiet dishwasher that can also hold more with the third rack.
