This is our third KitchenAid dishwasher. We should have learned from the first two, both of which broke in less than five years. This one lasted about six months before the control panel failed. It was replaced on warranty. The replacement just failed. It should also be on warranty, as the unit is only 11 months old. Next time it fails, the replacement will not be a KitchenAid. That is disappointing, as the unit works well when it works, and if very quiet -- but it is totally unreliable. Also, reaching KitchenAid service requires sitting on hold for at least an hour. The Best Buy "protection plan" is no help, as it doesn't kick in until after the manufacturers warranty has expired.

I love this dishwasher. I thought I would miss having a handle, but I actually really like the flat panel. And it is beyond super quiet. Plus the 4 hour delay allows you to run dishwasher at night when electricity is cheaper and everyone is sleeping

It's okay, not the quality of our last 20-year-old KitchenAid dishwasher. Energy efficiency = energy deficiency. Cycle takes twice as long (2+hrs) plus they come out somewhat wet , not dry, that's following their hints for using the best cycle. Probably not manufacturer's fault rather current government production regulations regarding energy efficiency.

Great unit !!! Works as promised. Very quiet and the dishes come clean even when not rinsed as the promotional info stars. Replaced a Bosch that they removed after they were unable to repair the drainage system after 3 tries

Like: super quiet and cleans well. Dislike: middle rack for glasses - configuration is a bit awkward fitting our glasses. Getting used to it.

So far so good, Runs very quite, installation was pretty standard, has a little more depth (1/4 - 1/2") than most due to the overall size they get out of it which is fine and seems to clear the dishes good as well.

Working perfectly. Love the features. The push buttons are on the front, not top of the door where you can't see them after closing. The dish/pan racks are strong which will not start bending. Glad this large family chose this dishwasher.

Unbelievably quiet, you have to make an effort to hear this thing when it's running. Well designed and a perfectly clean load of dishes every time. Can't beat the value on this.

Silent when running. Since the buttons are on top, only way to tell it's running is a tiny light on front of door. Cleans a lot better than our old dishwasher we replaced.

Beautiful dishwasher. Very quiet and efficient. Express wash cycle perfect for my needs.

Very quiet as advertised. Cleans dishes very well. Requires extended dry setting to get dishes very dry. The total wash is pretty slow, but maybe that's the trend with the newer machines.

This is a great dishwasher. Super quiet, looks great, and cleans dishes great.

BestBuy was great. Our first one had a defect and the replacement was swift. Our new KitchenAid dishwasher is very quiet and gets dishes completely clean on express and normal wash. We haven't had to use the toughest cycle. It is efficient, quiet and does the job very well.

The dishwasher cleans well but does not completely dry. The 3.5 hour normal cycle seems long. I like the extra top shelf however for items that I used to put in a small vertical basket in my old machine I can't use the top shelf for since the horizontal position collects water which the washer does not dry.

Great washing machine. Very quiet but the wash times, like other washers, are a bit long. Imstallation was easy and well done. Best Buy staff was very helpful and knowledgable.

So quiet you will not know it’s running. The racks slide in and out very smoothly. The automatic clean sensing cycles work perfectly. The finish does not collect fingerprints. Just amazing performance could not be happier. The BB installer was great.

Very quiet. Dishes are clean and dry each time. Great product! Best Buy folks did a great job on the installation as well. Informative, Courteous and Professional. Highly recommend this product and Best Buy!
