I love this dishwasher. It cleans and dries well. I really recommend buying it! Very happy with it.

You can tell the product is built well by the weight of the door. The only comment I could suggest is to make the 3rd upper rack a tad deep so it can handle serving spoons.

The dishwasher is great so far.... Improvements in the 3 rack system since my last KitchenAid are great. More room for taller items on the second rack. Hopefully this one lasts more than 6 years!!

After researching and reading all the comments, I decided to purchase this dishwasher to replace my Whirlpool dishwasher, which had served me well for 10 years without any problems. Since I was remodeling my kitchen, I opted for all new appliances. Unfortunately, I am really disappointed with this dishwasher. Three months in, and the dishes on the last rack are still not getting clean, which is frustrating. Water remains in the dishwasher even after using the Extra Heat function, making it feel unworthy of the investment. The only positive aspect is that it looks bulky compared to others and operates very quietly. However, I cannot recommend this dishwasher. I've tried various settings and different detergents, but it still does not clean thoroughly or dry properly, leaving water stains all over. The top rack is often filled with water as well. I suspect that many of the positive reviews are promotional and may not reflect the true performance of this appliance.

This is an amazing dishwasher! When our old dishwasher needed replacing, my husband wanted something quiet. With this KitchenAid, you can barely tell that it’s running. It hardly makes noise. You can also raise and lower the middle rack, which is helpful when more space is needed. Dishes are coming out shiny (without rinse aid), but they aren’t 100% dry. We may need to try different settings to help with that, but overall it’s not an issue. And the dishwasher is lovely inside and out.

So far so good not one issue pretty quiet. The persone who came to install was the best part pretty knowledgeable and great job with installation

2 days after the 1 year warranty expired the dreaded blinking Clean light has happened and the machine will not run and keeps sounding an alarm. Does Kitchenaid purposely build them to self destruct as soon as they are out of warranty? After researching online, it appears MANY owners have this problem with this model and appliance repair experts consider it a design flaw. How lucky is that. Pathetic! I understand it is probably a bad control panel because one spot was soldered wrong. Kitchenaid should have recalled this appliance!

We’ve had this almost 2 weeks and I really like it! This dishwasher was a replacement of the dishwasher that came with our home. I have Clean Glasses every time the 3rd rack is super convenient. However I kinda wish it was a little less quite.

This dishwasher is beyond all expectations! Easy installation. It cleans & dries the dishes so much better than any dishwasher we’ve owned & super quiet. Had to put my ear up to the machine to hear it running. Love this product!

Pretty good job cleaning the dishes. One pill. Sleek color and doesn’t interfere at all. Sani rinse is a necessary.
