    The door leaks water all over the floor from the top vent when you open it after the the dishwasher runs. Its loud and long cycles. It has been this way since installed 9 months ago. Already looking for a new one. My next one will not be Kitchen Aid!

    Not happy. Unit is far from quiet. Had a previous kitchenaid dishwasher which was extremely quiet. Had a service call and was told it was normal. Unit frame is all plastic too which was surprising.

    My dishwasher arrived significantly dented. The installer put it in and I heard him call support. I spoke to support. It was supposed to be replaced. I was to receive an email with a new install date for a dishwasher that was not defective. It’s been a month and I’ve heard from no one!

    Leaked due to known poorly designed seal

    Buyer beware. After about 6 months, the seal failed and caused water leakage on hardwood floor. Luckily, we caught it in time to avoid damage. Tech mentioned that it’s a known issue by KitchenAid.

    Doesn’t dry, dishes always come out wet so we have to towel dry and wash cycles are too long increasing the power bill. Big disappointment

    Kitchenaid dishwasher with no heat to dry!

    Heater never worked. Sent back and several months later another Kitchenaid - same model was installed with same exact issue, (no heat to dry dishes). Waiting for a 3rd dishwasher, this time a Whirlpool showing up hopefully next week. Wasted 4 months and very disappointed!

    We purchased this one during the Black Friday sale. When they came to install it, it didn't work. The installer tried to troubleshoot it, but he couldn't figure it out. So we tried to get another one delivered, but it was on backorder. So we ended up getting another brand.

    I suspect either this dishwasher was defective or installed incorrectly. I put a decibel meter on it and it consistently stayed in the low to mid 50’s dba. At several points was as has as 68 dba. We switched to a Bosch.

    The first kitchenaid dishwasher ,we received was damaged from day one ,and we had to wait 10 days for the replacement not good

    The product was good. It took 4 times for it to be delivered and installed. The other three times it was damaged and had to be replaced.

    Leaked water all over the place and into the basement, bad weld on side. Cannot return due to the 15 day return window. The kitchen was being remodeled and took more than two weeks from delivery to be installed. Waiting for a repair job on a brand new and $900 dishwasher.

    The machine is great, but getting charged 180.00 dollars for the installer to cut a water line and a 7 dollar water valve that took him about 40 seconds to do, i don't think thats right

    Broke down in less than 30 days

    Had the unit professionally installed on November 30th,2020, unit now has failed on December 24th, 2020, not even 30 days later. Where is the quality control? Cant get service since it is Christmas. Buy something else and avoid the issues.

    Factory Mistake!

    This dishwasher is very quiet and looks nice. It seems to work well. The salesperson and store that i bought it from were vere nice and helpful. My only complaint is the fact I wasted 3hrs of my time due to the factory's mistake. I took special care to install perfectly myself. When i went to run for the 1st time, it did nothing then error coded for no H2O. Upon watching videos and Kitchenaid faq's we determined a service visit was needed. They felt water inlet valve was bad. They couldn't come for 3 days so i decided to check it out myself. Low and behold, i found the valve and determined no wires were even hooked to it. Upon further inspection, i found a wire harness and clip just hanging there near the motor. Sure enough, it was the connector that clips to the water inlet valve (Not possible to accidentally fall off, Safety clipped). It was never connected at the factory. After the reinstall, it worked perfectly. What a hassle!

    It leaked the first time my wife used it. Now we got to wait 2 weeks for a repairman. We bought a similar Kitchen Aid last year for the othe house. 11 months later we had to have a repairman come and fix that one. No more Kitchen aids.
