Would give 5 * if had stainless steel racks. Is 2nd kitchenaid disher washer purchased. My California one has 3 stainless steel racks. Need to get rid of the cheap plastic racks

Seven weeks ago I purchased a dishwasher and it is still Not installed properly. Worst experience with BEST Buy Than I ever had with any retail store!

After a few weeks of using this dishwasher, I’m genuinely impressed by how much it improves daily cleanup. The first thing that stands out is how quiet it runs. Even during a heavy cycle, it’s barely noticeable in the background, which makes a huge difference in an open‑concept kitchen. The cleaning performance is excellent. I really like the third rack option. It’s perfect for small bowls, and awkward items that never seem to fit anywhere else. Having that extra layer frees up space in the lower racks and keeps everything organized, which makes loading feel less like a puzzle and more like a quick routine. Overall, this dishwasher hits the sweet spot: quiet, efficient, and powerful, with thoughtful features that make everyday life easier. A great choice for anyone looking to upgrade without overcomplicating things.

This KitchenAid dishwasher is so quiet I hardly know it is there. But I always know it is finished because the door pops open reminding me to empty it. The dry cycle really does dry the dishes so it can be emptied right away. The third shelf at the top of the dishwasher is handy for utensils and blender parts. Love it. I would love it even if it weren't so good looking!

This is an extremely quiet dishwasher! Love the third rack and all the space this machine has. Also love the way it cleans and dries the dishes. Much better than the builder provided Frigidaire gallery dishwasher that lasted 9 years.

All is working well so far with this very quiet and efficient dishwasher. One thing to note: the dispenser from which the dishwasher cleaner pod is placed is very flimsy and the locking mechanism to keep the pod in place is finicky when it comes to locking. Will see how this holds up over time, but given this, am glad I went with the extended warranty option.

We love our Kitchenaid dishwasher, however I canceled the order with Best Buy and purchased it at Lowe's because I could never reach anyone at the store by phone and physically had to go down twice to straighten out delivery issues.

Wash cycles take 3 hours, but it's quiet and cleans very well. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Absolutely in love with this washer! It cleans my dishes wonderfully AND has this wonderful feature where it opens when done so the dish washer can cool off and my glasses dont instantly fog when i go to put dishes away!
