    SCHEDULING NIGHTMARE!!!!!

    Total fiasco trying to schedule our delivery, install & haul away. First, Best Buy simply dropped of the dishwasher in a BOX and said they were not the ones who could install. WHO WANTS A DISHWASHER IN A BOX IN THEIR KITCHEN FOR WEEKS?!?! Next, we had to schedule the install and haul away again. Best Buy came to haul it away (again) and then determined they were not qualified to take it out. We had to reschedule again! We had the install scheduled separately from the haul away. The Best Buy agent said there was an outside chance the installer could also do the haul away. We FINALLY had the dishwasher installed and the technician was able to haul it away!! We were told that the haul away future date would be cancelled and we didn’t have to do anything more. THEN, days later we got a call from Best Buy saying they’d be at our house in a few minutes to haul our dishwasher away! I was able to pick up the call and explain that the haul away had already happened!! He said he’d take care of the cancellation. Then last week I got an email and a voicemail that we needed to schedule our haul away!!!!! Soooooo much time and hassle wrapped up in the whole process!!!

    Best Buy changed appt 8 times Still not delivered

    I ordered this November 4, 2025. They have rescheduled my order 8 times so far. A week ago they promised that it will be installed dec 1. And at 4;30 this evening NOV 30, they call to cancel once again. I am now looking to cancel and buy elsewhere. The appalling thing about this was that they could care less and were no helpful and actually a bit rude when i got upset the 7th time.
