Before I bought my kitchen aid my old dishwasher was loud and could be heard throughout my home. This Kitchen Aid is so quiet that i do not know its working, ---until I hear rinse water being drained. Dishes come out sparkling clean. Love the product. Also got extended warranty to be safe. I Give this dishwasher 5 stars

very good dishwasher it is so quiet you cannot tell it is on the racks slide in and out on great glides with ease the quality is excellent the dishes come out very clean and the glasses are sparkling this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned

this dishwasher REALLY cleans dishes beautifully. And is amazingly quiet. My glasses and cups look like brand new. the only thing I don't care for is the way the bottom "basket" slides. It's not smooth at all, almost like I'm dragging it uphill, or something isn't right with the rollers. Have tried to figure it out, but no luck.

Bought this as an open box so the price was good. Delivery was good and on time. Machine had a hard time on display however. Frame was bent, water pump was open so leaked water. Also think the end of the drain hose had been cut so had to buy an adapter. All the problems were fixable but took a lot of extrttime to install it.

After checking different brands on Consumer Reports and other sites, I decided on the KitchenAid and it is fantastic. It is so quiet you don't even know it is running. I love the adjustable shelves and the third one at the very top which you can remove if you have very tall items. Best purchase ever.

I've always bought Kitchen Aid dishwashers and was glad that this one came highly recommended by our salesperson. It's good to know quality continues. The delivery and installation was quick and professional. The installers were courteous and friendly as well. Overall a satisfying experience.

Overall it is a dishwasher, we have put it to the test and pre-washing the dishes and silverware is a must. The pots and pan feature for power scrubbing a casserole dish meh not so much. Silverware comes out with food still on whether the third rack is used or the silverware tub. Silverware tub should have a feature where it can be broken down in half the size or a side by side instead of one dimension. The dishes are typically not dry when cycle is complete even when using the heated dry cycle. We are currently using powder not pods for our dish washing solution but this powder worked perfectly fine in our old Bosch unit that was 15 years old. The racks are nice and seem to be sturdier than all the other units we tried at the store. We are glad we purchased the extended warranty and maybe the pod detergent system will make a difference, only time will tell.

Bought this dishwasher to replace an older cheap one one that was the existing one when we purchased our house. It was a return so we got a great deal on it. Not sure why it was returned because it is the best washer we have ever owned! Love the looks and function and versatility.

The KitchenAid is very well organized, and has exceptional noise reduction compared to other units I have used. This unit is very quiet but also very expensive. one other item to note is the drawers are of high quality and provides good organization. I like the made in USA quality.
