I was impressed by the looks of this dishwasher and even more so once I used it. The multiple cycles allows me to customize each load as needed. The dishes and pots and pans come out squeaky clean. So glad we made the purchase.

Dishwasher came damaged. The Geed squad technicians didn’t disclosed, I noticed when I gave the final check. I returned and this time different company handled the installation and showed me that the dishwasher was also damaged in the back I’m happy that I return it. Best Buys was very good standing behind their products

First, Thank you to my husband, for not listening to me , plugging up our drains and killing our dishwasher's motor which was only 2 1/2 yrs old haha because i now have a great new dishwasher!!!! I wanted to match all my other appliances (Frigidaire Pro) . But honestly that dishwasher was like $1000 and my dishes had to be rewashed all the time ,and they had a horrible smell! I love this new dishwasher ! The interior is great for packing all my dishes in especially tall ones and the arm still spins and doesn't hit them ! there are no wheels but gliders so its nice and smooth .The 2nd shelf is easily moved up or down to accommodate different size stuff . there is a 3rd shelf which is great for my carving knives and spatulas etc . I haven't even read the manual and am just trying different settings but the heated dry and pro dry are amazing!!! the dishes are totally dry smell super clean and very hot to the touch ! I used the sanitization button too! I love that I can see the time on the top of the panel under my counter so I always know where we are at in the wash cycle because its so quiet I can't hear it lol . This brand came highly recommended , and it was $1200 , and worth every penny ( sorry to my husband but he's happy with clean dishes!) I bought the extended warranty for $300 . for 5 years . I use my dishwasher at least every other day its probably one of the most highly used appliance I have and I just made my life easier and I couldn't be happier!! I read reviews when shopping and they help me , that's why I wanted to write one . This machine is worth the upgrade ! It's even self cleaning! and it looks beautiful in my kitchen its the smudge proof stainless. ( I don't think its totally smudge proof but way better then stainless). The handle matches my other handles but its actually even nicer. I wish I had bought the whole set , but I'm super happy anyway . Just unloaded Christmas dinner and everything was sparkling , dry and even hot to the touch! love love love .

We bought this dishwasher about 10 months ago after our 8-year-old Bosch died and we couldn't find anyone who serviced Bosch appliances in our area (apparently Bosch requires appliance repair shops to pay a hefty annual fee to be certified to work on their products and be able to order parts from them), so we had to buy a new one. After shopping around for several days and comparing different brands and models, we finally decided on this KitchenAid. We LOVE it! It has so much more storage capacity than our old Bosch and is super quiet. I absolutely love the top rack that slides out and the dynamic wash arm system that gets our dishes sparkling clean. This dishwasher has handled everything we've thrown at it with ease and never leaves any food residue behind. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this dishwasher!

This dishwasher is terrific. Cleans very well,holds an entire days worth of dirty dishes, and is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever owned. I would have preferred a fingerprint resistant stainless but it isn't available from Kitchenaid at this time I was told. I actually rate it a 4.5 star rating, because it doesn't quite completely dry the dishes. I do need to wipe them before I put them away. The serviceman said that is the trend right now with most machines, in an effort to be more energy efficient.

I had a dream, a dream where I put a dirty dish in the dishwasher and it actually comes out clean and dry. My dream came true when this dishwasher came home. I really researched it a lot, to the point I feel strongly I could sell dishwashers now and I read so many reviews I was really worried I was going to have problems. To be clear we’ve had our dishwasher about a month but so far so good. I use it pretty well daily, sometimes every other day but we about fill it up every single day. I do use the pod packs if that matters. Cons: (sorta) 1. I decided I didn’t necessarily want a smart dishwasher (DW) as in it connects to the WiFi, kind of seems unnecessary, I don’t need my DW to alert my phone when it’s done washing. This DW doesn’t have that feature if it’s important to you. 2. No steam function, some of the Bosch and LG’s have a steam function seems like a good idea for stuck on foods but then I thought well wait isn't the hot water going to turn to steam anyway? Like when you open it up after it’s done, all that steam comes out? Seems like every dishwasher ever has achieved steam for me with out specific steam jets so I let it go. 3. No Bottle washers! Now this one really stressed me out. I want to have a baby soon and drink water a fair amount out of glass bottles that I HATE having to wash. So this seemed like a must have, and there’s other brands like GE and bosh at similar price points of similar quality that offer these features, and the GE has fancy little arms that help hold the bottle in place so the jets don’t push it off. It is available if you go one more model up in the kitchen aid line up however at the time of my purchase is 500 dollars more, I believe that’s the 700 model number. I decided I liked the DW I bought for the reasons below and for me outweighed the lack of bottle washers. 4. The proscrub on the top rack... leaves something to be desired, it’s just two little power jets...maybe I can put a bottle over those! But it didn’t get my coffe cup that had dried coffee on it, granted it was pretty on there, I had to scrub it. Pros: 1. The dynamic wash arms. Best thing ever. Those 9 arms really get it done. It’s the power house of the dishwasher, really the most important part and does a great job. If you go down a model you loose the 9 arms! This is what sold me obviously. 2. Easy to remove third shelf. Just pop the ends out on the track and removes like every drawer in my kitchen does. This is nice for when you don’t have a lot of silverware or flat objects to wash but rather a lot of tall cups or tall objects and needing to maximize space in the washer. 3. Pro wash cycles, detects how dirty your dishes are and adjusts the wash time accordingly. Also has this neat food chopper/water filtration system so more clean water gets on your dishes while washed away food doesn’t funk up your parts and pipes. I still wash all the big stuff off my plates but I don’t scrub them to clean, it actually is helpful to not scrub them clean so the soap has something to grab on to. I read that if your dishes are too clean it can result in a film appearing on your dishes because the soap has nothing else to cling to. The DW does a great job of getting all the food off and my dishes come out sparkling! I’m still amazed each time I open it and see my beautiful glasses just shining! 4. I actually really enjoy the third shelf. I don’t remove it too often, I remove the silverware basket more often to use the entire lower rack to put pots, pans, plates, and cutting boards. The third shelf does a great job with the silverware, clean and beautiful every time. 5. Handy utility trays: I leave them in often and use them, good for tall utensils, and the water gets to the baskets fine to get everything clean. 6. Hidden controls: I guess this is cool, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it, but I didn’t really care, inside or outside, I would think having small children though would prefer buttons to be away. No temptation. 7. The indicator light: I only include this because one reviewer said you couldn’t tell where it was at in its wash cycle. It does though, the light is blue when it’s washing, red when it’s drying and white when it’s finished. I have to bend down to look but I can definitely see how much time I have left and might depend on how far your counter overhangs. 8. The pro scrub on the lower rack: the bottom is awesome. Has consistently done a great job with the lasagna pan. Overall this dishwasher does an excellent job. For me the pros fully outweigh the cons. I am happy with my purchase and will update my review if possible should things change. I also purchased 5 year protection on my dishwasher for peace of mind. Best Buy hired a local contractor who did a great job of communicating with us, my order showed up on time, was installed professionally and had 0 issues! I did not write this review as a paid or incentivized person but rather for the poor souls out there trying to find the balance between what’s worth the investment because no one enjoys dishes so the machine should make it easy, it does a solid job, and has some helpful features that truly aid to its function. I feel I found it. It’s this one.

This dishwasher is awesome! I have loaded it with some of the dirtiest dishes one can imagine and never have to touch them up. Love the 3rd rack to get all those odd cooking utensils out of the way. My last dishwasher was a 13 yr old Bosch and I absolutely hated it. It never cleaned worth a darn and was always having a break down.This Kitchen Aid is well worth the money. It's a solid appliance and the racks have an awesome glider system. It's super quiet, you can't even tell that it is running. Just takes some getting use to the longer cycles/

Had to get used to loading this in a different way than my old one, but that's my issue not the dishwasher. Very Quiet! Can't hear it if I'm standing next to it. Love the 3rd rack. Cleans well. Only had this for about a month, but so far, very satisfied.

This dishwasher is now 7 mos. old; the Gasket has been leaking since I bought it; repairman replaced gasket & 2 parts on door; still leaked then the Tech office told him to put a sealant around the gasket; which now is melting in my machine. It Leaks on my NEW wood floor EVERY TIME we run it and open the door (after sev. hrs. of drying) Whirlpool is Impossible to get on the phone; the repair place has been most helpful; as my complaint is in the Review Board but they were supposed to call me within 3 days; it's over a week. i must say how disappointed i am because other than it Leaking on my floor every day it cleans beautifully, dries beautifully and is so quiet i hardly know it's running. i now want a FULL REFUND as whats to say the replacement if they agree won't leak too. If you are having this problem pls. comment here. My last Whirlpool Ever! I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Have owned this little over a week and so far very happy with it. The kitchenaid stainless steel finish is great and easy to clean, its virtually silent unless right up next to it and even then you have to listen to hear a low hum. If you're more than few feet away even in silence you cant hear it. Cleans and drys excellent so far, lots of room. Also like how the front has a colored light which tells u which phase its it - blue for washing, red for drying and white for finished. So i can just glance into kitchen and know where it stands in its cycles. Also like how it has a multi-use well for the drying agent so instead of putting it in each time, you put in a lot and it has an indicator to let you know when you need more. Much easier than putting in drying agent every time. Small thing but its nice.

Great looking, extremely quiet and cleans everything spotless. The third rack comes in handy more than I thought it would.

This product is super quite, well designed with amazing capacity, and it looks great too. If you like really clean dishes and a product that is so quite you sometimes can’t tell it is on this is the one. Great quality. Love having no rollers on any pullouts as well!

This dishwasher is so quiet, I have to go right up to it to see if it is running. Love the top rack for large flat utensils. It cleans extremely well even when we don't rinse the dishes. Lots of room..so many adjustable areas. Would definitetly recommend.

I was sad when my 20 year old dishwasher died. The new ones take so much longer to cycle. But boy do my dishes come out sparkling clean! It took some getting used to but I am now happily using all three levels and that small basket in the back of the mid level is handy for measuring spoons, jar tops, soy sauce dishes. My fat handle cutlery doesn’t fit in the slots but the top is easy to slide off and then you can fit lots of things in the spaces. I am still learning but each day I like it more and more.

This dishwasher holds a lot. It is almost noiseless. The dishes get clean though I have had to rewash one or 2 items on occasion, including silverware. I have only used the normal cycle with heat dry. Glasses are not spotted (used a rinse aid). For some reason, the inside of the door remains wet. The front stainless panel shows water drips. And consider how close it is to adjoining corner drawer as the handle may impede opening. I like the top flat drawer but it could roll more smoothly and be a little further from the top. I am unable to fit some cookie sheets and cutting boards in the lower rack.

Very quiet and cleans very well while looking good. Love the third rack. Easy to clean filter. Holds tons of glasses. I really wouldn’t buy anything else now that we have used it.

We've only had it installed for a week but it seems fine so far. Cleans great. Dries fine if you follow directions in the manual and use rinse agent plus heat dry and pro dry if needed. Racks roll very solidly. Lots of places to put dishes and utensils. Still have the issue when top rack is in lowest position you can't put in regular plates on bottom rack.

After years of having different brand dishwashers we finally decided to go with kitchenaid as we've heard over and over from many friends and family that they are the best. Well I am definitely part of their fan club cause the dishwasher is awesome! Quiet, sleek, third drawer, adjustable shelves, cleans better than I ever had. I can go on and on about the good things and still can't find one thing I don't like about it. If your looking for a new dishwasher and have the money to spend then go for it. It won't disappoint you.
