So far the dishwasher works great. Cleans dishes well and is very quiet.

We bought up on this dishwasher because there was free installation included with the sale. Installation scheduled two weeks out. when the installer came he looked under the sink and told us we needed to have a plumber come out to extend the pipe and put on a new valve. After replacing the valve we had to reschedule installation and wait another 10 days. paying to replace the valve was not my idea of free installation!

We like the design. Overall performance is good except the installer didn't install the new power line but used our old one. We are still waiting for them to come back to replace it with the new power line and plug since we paid for the kits for the new dishwasher.

This is by far the best dish washer that I have ever used. Quiet, streak free, and no need to pre-wash. Be sure to use liquid dishwashing soap and add the rinse aid. Best buy installation was a breeze and the stainless finish is easy to keep clean.

replaces an old whirlpool with this unit. it looks great--the solid slab of stainless steel with the textured handle. lots of options for washing and drying, and VERY quiet. the wash time is pretty long, so not a good choice if you need dishes fast, though it does have a "quick wash" feature i haven't used yet.

Recently replaced my broken Kenmore dishwasher with this KitchenAid stainless steel. Best purchase ever. Received free install through best buy during promotion. Cleans even though messes with ease. Super quiet and efficient. Highly recommend.

The salesperson was very helpful in pointing out dishwasher features and directing me towards the best value. The dishwasher is very quiet when operating and does a very good job cleaning. The adjustable rack allows odd sized items to be loaded.

We bought this last January 2017 and we are happy with what we get. Very quite, I can't barely hear it when it's on unless I get really close. Dishes comes out clean and we can put lots of plate inside. We are satisfied for the product.

Sure was a giant step up from our old LG. Next to the top line Bosch, the installer said this is by far one of the top brands because he rarely ever has to service them. Very happy with performance and how clean and quiet this machine is.

I've had this for a few months now and I am very happy with it. It's exceptionally quiet and my dishes come out clean and dry, that is the purpose after all. The only negative I have is I wish it had a top rack basket to put smaller items in.

Great dishwasher and very good experience with delivery and installation. The dishes get clean and it is more or less silent. Only negative is that there are some things I don't like about the configuration but that could be a matter of getting used to it.

Finally after 10 years I decided it was time to get rid of our dishwasher. It was so loud and was no longer cleaning well. I investigated for a long time and decided on the Kitchenaid. It is so quiet! The dishes are clean and dry!

The product is great but the delivery service was poor. The first dishwasher arrived with a softball sized dent in it and was returned. The people we worked with in returned by the dishwasher were professional and helpful. The second dishwasher arrived but after opening the door we found there was quite a bit of water inside. I took a chance and accepted it anyway and installed it. So far so good.

After having an old dishwasher for years this dishwasher is fantastic. Our dishes and glasses look brand new. Having hard water it is difficult to get spot free glasses but this dishwasher has restored all our dishes to new. Very quiet.

I purchased this Dishwasher a year ago, bought a new house and purchased the same model again because I loved it so much. Your dishes come out clean with no spots. It runs quiet and looks great in my kitchen, highly recommend it.

the dishwasher is so quiet we didn't know it was running. It does a good job of washing everything we put in it. Two people installed it easily but the power cord was not included.

Super quiet. Cleans well & dries nearly most Items. Some Rubbermaid containers I use have some water on the bottom ridge catches and hold water but other than that all is dry. Good price from Best Buy and of course great delivery

It seems that most modern dishwashers require the use of a drying agent, that's a bit of a disappointment versus older dishwashers. That being said this model is quiet, cleans well and is full-featured with a lot of options.
