this dishwasher is so quiet and perfect clean dishes

It is quieter than my previous one and working well.

Great dishwasher. Very satisfied with the purchase.

We bought this dishwasher about 13 months ago. We just spent $335 trying to fix a hose issue that it has and now the pump is also broken. We had our previous dishwasher for 10 years. This thing is terrible and already broken in a little over a year. Do not buy it !!

Washes tough dishes as well. Drying dishes could be better.

This dishwasher and installation are high quality.

We had a problem canceling the control lock feature.

The dishwasher is great but the installation was a disaster. Made one appointment during the purchase for a week off between 4 and 8 and got a call from.the installler the day of that theycould only come at 10. I was at work 25 miles away and could not come home so the appt was missed. Tried in vain for a week to get another appt. Yes someone called me back from Best Buy but told me that the installer had the dishwasher and was supposed to call me so no one else could make the appt. and he never called. After a week of Best Buy telling me that There was nothing they could do and I had to wait for the installer to call ("he said he will call you tomorrow"). I finally sent my husband in to the store after a week to demand an appt or money back and we got another date 9 days away between 4 and 8. Lo and behold the same installler called me at work at 9 am on the day of the appt and is at my house and told me it was now or ever. I drove 25 miles home to have him tell me that my connections are all wrong and it will cost me $90 for him to go to Home Depot and get the stuff he needs. I agree and he ended up charging me $175 and a check made out to him. No receipt given for the parts he supposedly purchased. I canceled payment on the check after my husband threw a fit. Yes Best Buy gave us a credit of $90 But that does not begin to make up for the poor service and a delay of 3 weeks and having to go down there twice to beg for an appointment.

Thank goodness we bought Geek Squad protection. They have been out 4 times so far. I can't recommend this dishwasher. The only think I can say is it matches out other Kitchenaid appliances so it LOOKS good.

After 4 years of quiet operations, water would not drain from dishwasher. Troubleshooting did not resolve the problem . Have to wait 19 days for services. Will update after repair is completed.

Not happy with this product at all. The stainless steel has little rust spots on it and I live in a super dry climate. I have to use an additive to make sure the dishes come out clean.

Worked great for 45 months. I replaced with a similar model from whirlpool Aug 2020. Seems like a short life.

My dishes sometimes come out smelly and often with some food residue on them. I put some baking soda in each cycle and that seems to help.

We have now had this dishwasher for almost three years. Within the first year, several of the racks broke. Pieces of the top rack have broken off and it is now useless. I can probably get replacement parts (will need the whole top rack) but this should t have happened before the 3 year mark. And it’s not my first dishwasher so proper care isn’t the issue. Cheap plastic is.

Xpo no showed three times and twice refused to install based on shut-off valve (which was supposedly needing replacement -- and didn't) and water damage (historic not current) . Xpo worker Fernando walked out, left door open, and disappeared, Xpo agent courteney who had called us re question of water damage, never called back after saying he would after he talked to Fernando again. I have cancelled purchase.
