This was my first ever dishwasher purchase. I took advantage of the free installation promotion. Worth every penny. It's very quiet.

cleans good have even heard it come on just wait til in the morning and there clean. I use good pods for this machine and haven't had a problem

I love this dishwasher paid a little more for the quietness and this one fills the bill. It is very quiet and holds lots of dishes too.

Excellent dishwasher and very easy to use with just touching 2 buttons, which are the Normal key and the Start key; then close it up. :)

very quiet and cleans well, I don't love the utensil holder because of the individual holes you have to load and unload the silverware in but it does clean them well

Brand new, turned it on at night fully loaded for the first time, woke up the next morning, dirty dishes. Tech said it’s shot, needs to be replaced because the motor is defective. That was 13 days ago, still don’t have the replacement.

I have replaced 4 dishwashers in the past 7 years. The main problem was the line to the dishwasher had mold. When the Best Buy installer figured out he replace the molded part. This diswasher washes very well no pre wash needed. Just use good dish washing detergent to get the results. And also remember to clean the filter. I clean the filter probably once in 2 months and the filter is inside the dishwasher and it’s very easy to clean. I also choose the option to turn off the drying at the end and this saves some energy.

I love the stainless steel tub inside along with all the features that came with the dishwasher. It is the quietest dishwasher I have come across.

Like the way it works. So far so good. Kids are happy they don't need to do the dishes. Easy to install.

This dishwasher looks great but the best feature is how quiet it is while running. Can run anytime and doesn’t drown out conversation or the TV

This unit is a definitely a looker! With the iconic round KitchenAid handle with red ends, and the stainless steel tub inside, it shows the "top" in top appliance. Ease of use is also why I like this unit. Hidden top controls are easy to understand and work with. I do pre-wash my dishes lightly but they come out perfectly clean. Price is a bit on the upside but there is great satisfaction in owning this dishwasher. Has same functionality as other higher priced models from same manufacturer.

Nice looking appliance and can nearly hear it running! Cleans well and leaves no water stains. Made in the USA!

So far so good. First install had defective control panel and needed to be swapped out. Replacement appears to be working well and the 39dB version is very quiet.

Ultra Quiet. Drying sucks though. Requires Hand Drying even after sitting for days.

It's fairly new, so still getting used to it, but I do love how quiet it is and it doesn't take as long to wash as our old one did.

This is worth every penny. If you can spend the extra $200 to go with a kitchen aid over the medium brands, it is 100% worth it!!

Number 1 feature, quietness as our dishwasher is in an open concept area. Number 2 feature, brand name w/o a huge price. Met both.

This dishwasher offered free installation so it enabled me to step up to a higher priced model. A friend of mine who had been in the appliance business said Kitchen Aid is the high end of the Whirlpool line. The installation tech who put it in at my townhome was outstanding. Very professional and really new his stuff. I hadn't really thought about Best Buy for appliances but the overall sales and service experience was among the best I've ever had and I am retired so have been buying appliances for awhile.

It’s a great machine, cleans better than any other washer I’ve ever had! It’s very quiet!
