I bought the dishwasher from Best Buy just for the extended warranty, However, apparently with Kitchen Aid, you cannot go through best buy in the first year. So, it took 12 days to get someone to come out. Now they say another 10 days to come back out again. This is the last time I buy my appliance from Best buy as they never told me that I can't even use the extended warranty for a year. I for sure will not be buying another kitchen aid. I mean the whole point of buying a new dishwasher is so that you can use it without waiting for a repair man. I could have had a guy out here in a day to fix the thing.
