This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned.

Replaced an older dishwasher and this is a great upgrade

Our 14 year old Kenmore dishwasher was on it’s last leg, so we bought this one. It came highly recommended by the salesman at Best Buy, and it was a bonus that it was $200 off and free installation at the time we bought it just before Black Friday. We have been very happy so far and love that it’s so quiet!

Bought because the Bosch I had purchased did not fit. I did like the the bottle clean feature. I like it more now. I don"t like the one with the thin top rack, takes away height from the top tray. It is amazingly quiet. I have only one dislike and it is not a deal breaker, the clean cycle takes a long time.

We bought this dishwasher ourself based on the idea that we had a previous Kitchenaid in our old house. We know how the dishes fit & appreciate the low maintenance required for this washer. The bottle washers were a big draw, as well as the adjustable top shelf. Zero complaints!

My current dishwasher gave up the ghost and the wife was not having it. A quick trip to the nearest Best Buy landed me upon this baby. installation was a breeze and I was up and running in no time. Best of all, the wife was happy again.

The purchase was made 8/9/2020 but was a week late being deliver ed as it was out of stock. The install was outstanding. The team that installed the unit were efficient, cleaned up debris and out the door inside of 30 minutes.

The door just broke. This is literally my third one of these, they are all crap. They look amazing but you will pay out of the nose for repairs. Steer clear.

After 20 years, my old dishwasher finally stopped working. Love the hidden control panel on this Kitchenaid model. I have no doubt it will last as long if not longer than the old one.

Cleans dishes very well. Don’t have to pre-rinse dishes. Don’t like that it doesn’t have option for doing small amount of dishes fairly quick. All cleaning cycles seem to take long.

This is a solid dishwasher that has good spacing on both the top / bottom rack. I like the rails compared to similar dishwashers as they are metal not plastic. Most of all we have clean dishes which is why we spent the money on it!

This dishwasher is great. We figured out that you have to use the finish jet dry rinse aid. If you don’t use this product the dishes will look dirty or have bad water stains. So make sure you use the Finish product.

installed unit and went to start it. it filled with water then it made some buzzing noises and stopped. then it drained the water and did nothing but drop the dishwashing soap pouch on the bottom of pan.called for service a 2 week wait.guess the factory never checked this unit.NOT happy with kitchen aid dishwasher or service time.although service center wanted to sell me extended warranty.my old maytag ran 24years but had issues but it ran. now i will be washing dishes by hand :(

The dishwasher did not work after installation. Ran it theee times with three different dishwasher pods and dishes were still dirty. Called Best Buy and the swapped it out. The new installer said he does t us usually see lemon kitchen aids. Ours did not put on enough water. The motor did not work and the door did not shut properly. I was so disappointed with my purchase they did exchange it and the new dishwasher different brand works.

It is a few months later and we are very pleased with this KitchenAid dishwasher. There is a significant difference in how clean the dishes are compared to our other washer. Love the glass wands and sanitize cycle.

We had a great experience shopping for the dishwasher and great help in making the best selection for us. The delivery and installation as well as the new dishwasher instruction was flawless!

Dishwasher works well and looks good. The only problems are the top rack rolls out on its own and the bottom rack doesn't roll out free enough. The handle sticks out far so make sure no cabinet drawers interfere with it when they are pulled out.

We bought two because our kitchen has two spot with previous dishwashers failing. We r having for almost a moth a work perfectly. My wife love them. Happy wife happy life.

Just purchased this diswasher. everyone was saying that dishes still wet. Just you rinse aid and extended dry. Plastics and coffee cups still have water on them, but that's normal
