great dishwasher. It actually cleans the dishes. Something our old washer didn't do.

We compared many and this one rose to the top and has not let us down! Best 3rd shelf!!

Best dishwasher I ever owned. I recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet and good dishwasher.

The dishwasher is very easy to use and super efficient!

Fingerprints do not show on the front of the door. Top rack has good a design. It can be used for more than just flatware. Sound wise you can hear it washing dishes. Not real loud but not ultra quit either. The controls are easy to see on top edge of the door and work well. It seems to do a good job cleaning. However, we always rinse the dishes before washing so it's hard to judge. It does not dry all that well. Some dishes have a little water on them after cycle is complete.

Great dishwasher! I can fit so much more in this dishwasher than I could in my previous dishwasher. It is really nice to have actually clean dishes when I unload!

While it is one of the more pricey models, this dishwasher is great. Very quiet. Easy to install by yourself. Comes with easy to follow installation and setup instructions.

Pandemic use held up and was awesome on pots and pans. We scheduled a service call for leaks but that probably related to installation. Great product.

Our new KitchenAid dishwasher is quiet, versatile, and cleans everything beautifully.

We purchased the KDPM604KPS from Best Buy about a year ago. For the first six months, the dishwasher was great and functioned as expected....… Until it didn't. One evening I heard a large thump from downstairs. I ran downstairs to find my wife on the floor. She had slipped and fallen because the kitchen was covered with water. Fast forward two weeks, and a technician from KitchenAid came out to tell us the gasket on the heating element was defective and needed to be replaced. It was, of course, back-ordered, so we continued washing our dishes by hand for about a month. The part finally arrived, and the same tech returned to make the repair. Ok, things happen, and things break, but we got it fixed, and we were only inconvenienced for about a month. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. About two months later, we noticed the dishwasher suddenly stopped washing the dishes. No water was making its way into the machine, and it started throwing codes. After a week of no dishwasher, we got a KitchenAid tech to come out and have a look. This time it needs a new sump, manifold, wax motor, and a few other items. Oh, and the parts are indefinitely back-ordered. Nobody can provide any time frame. We are now on week 4 of no dishwater, not including the four weeks previously. We have tried talking to the folks at KitchenAid and Best Buy. Best Buy will have nothing to do with it since it is under the manufactures warranty, and KitchenAid keeps hanging up on us after being on hold for over 45 minutes on several occasions. The bottom line is this dishwasher is the pits. And assuming it is a good dishwasher and we just got a lemon, the manufacture is impossible to work with. The only thing we got out of it so far is an additional six months on the warranty. Big deal considering how long we have been and will be without the dishwasher. We have always purchased KitchenAid appliances; however, this experience has been enough of a "pita" to make us pause when considering this brand in the future. I hope yours doesn't break because you will be washing dishes by hand for months if it does. It is such a shame that customer service didn't step up to try and better assist us!

Absolutely love this dishwasher. It holds a lot of dishes and the ProWash & ProDry cycles get all the dishes clean and dry every time! Easy to install - did it myself.

Upgraded from an older KitchenAid. Works great and the third rack is much more usable.

This unit is great. The inside is huge! The best feature of this unit is that it dries all my dishes, including plastic cups and bowls, completely.

We have not had this dishwasher for very long but it seems to be doing a fine job washing our dishes. It was originally supposed to be delivered the end of August but it was delayed until September 3rd.

Great dishwasher, good looking, display on front lets you know its running, racks can handle lots of dishes and third rack is very useful.

So far so good. Very quiet and gets dishes clean. Does a good job of drying, and has all the cycle options I need.

Quiet running, like display on front showing status so you don’t have to be on top. Was not aware the unit had a leak safety control until installation like this feature.
