It was the online video where they compared this dishwasher vs. the Bosch dishwasher that pushed us over the line and buy the Kitchenaid. Great dishwasher! We are very happy with this purchase! Also, glad I paid to have it installed. The guy who installed it took about 20 minutes. I couldn't have opened the package in that amount of time. Well worth it!

The water was being pumped out the bottom of the machine instead of through the machine to wash the dishes I was told this is the third Kitchenaid they replaced the pump for this week. To diagnose and repair your machine you are looking at a $530 repair. Kitchenaid, you should do better!

They were completed at 3:30. Proficient, Polite, knowledgeable. They introduced themselves wore mask and when finished explained the dishwasher operations and cleaned up. Awesome company. Great job Best Buy and GN Installations!!!

This was completed in a professional/expert manner. The dishwasher capacity is greater than my previous machine; it guides you to place dishes into a more organized manner which also enhances cleaning of the content(s).

The dishwasher is fine (just fine), but the installation (or lack thereof) was a TERRIBLE experience. I will NEVER buy another appliance at BB or Pacific Sales because of it and I am sharing this horrible experience with anyone who will listen. I didn't hear back from Best Buy from my previous review and don't expect to this time. However, don't ask if you don't plan on doing anything with the information. Your lazy "installer" cost me over $425.00 to install my "free installation" dishwasher. Your "service" is deplorable.
