This dishwasher is amazing! Three levels so there is a place for everything! My silverware gets clean, which was a major problem with my old dishwasher. I can bake to my heart ‘s content and not have to spend hours washing up afterwards because everything fits in the dishwasher. The dry cycle actually works!

This is a fantastic dishwasher. Extremely quiet. Third rack is a bonus. This dishwasher holds a lot of dishes, glasses and silverware. Love it.

After using this dishwasher about a month, we can say that we are ecstatic. It is extremely quiet, flexible and powerful. The third rack really adds a lot of space, holding the extra cups and The sliding rack in the bottom is perfect to hold the bowls that we use daily.

Replaced an old Kenmore dw. This is quite and has lots of room. Cleans and drys well. Standard height is 33.5 and can be adjusted to 34.5

A little on the expensive side but well worth the money. Super quiet and caverness. Nice height of the middle rack. I thought the top rack was a waste of money but the wife wanted it. Turns out its very useful. Dishes come out very clean and DRY. Large utensil baskets. One of the most internally useful designs makes it very easy to use and most efficient for each cycle. Great installation team contributed to the overall satisfaction.

So far, I like my new dishwasher very much. It is very quiet and does a good job of cleaning compared to my old dishwasher. The first time I used it, I had a plate with burned cheese from a microwaved dinner, and it took it all off. I appreciate that it has a "rinse only" button, which I did not see on others that I looked at. This is a feature that I knew I would be using often.

We replaced an LG that was less than two years old with this. The LG was horrible. It leaked water over the floor. It stopped mid-cycle. The control panel cracked. LG wasn't interested in doing anything about it. This dishwasher has had no problems. The interior is laid out somewhat more nicely than the LG, which also had three levels. It opens and closes easily. It actually dries the dishes. I have no complaints about it at all, which I think puts it at the pinnacle of what you want from an appliance.

It holds a lot of dishes, it is very quiet. Dishes are very dry when the cycle ends.

This dishwasher fits my family perfectly! Having a family of five with three little ones can create a lot of dishes since we eat at home for almost every meal. That being said, the fan enabled air dry allows a load of dishes to be washed and a few hours later, be pulled out to be put away to be reloaded…all in the same morning! Our previous model by KitchenAid did not have this option, so we would crack the dishwasher door after the washing/drying cycle and wait for them to dry thoroughly. No more! I thought the third top rack which holds and washers cups would be a little gimmicky, it actually turns out to be one of my favorite abilities of the dishwasher. I can put bottles up there, but if I don’t have enough glassware or bottles, I can flip bowls or small plastic containers and set them up there and they wash perfectly! Overall, this dishwasher has been amazing, no issues, it’s quiet, and a true powerhouse! One minor issue was the first dishwasher was delivered damaged, the delivery guys and Best Buy made it right in a matter of days, and had another one delivered a week later, Way to go, Best Buy!

I love my new dishwasher! The recessed handle works well in my kitchen layout. It is very quiet and cleans with little to no pre-rinsing. The best feature is the drying cycle, which leaves the dishes completely dry. The new configuration of the top rack makes it much more useful than a typical flat rack. I highly recommend.

Great washer. Quiet and cleans good. Easy to read panel. 3rd rack is fabulous.

Bought this unit to replace another Kitchen Aid unit. Amazing quiet while running. Lots of room with three real racks. Be prepared to bend over a little more to get to the lower rack. Since the last unit, Kitchen Aid has refined the touch button controls on the top of the door and are much improved. Gone are the "hold 3 seconds" requirement to cancel. Both Start and Cancel have been moved to the right side of the control surface and are less likely to be inadvertently pressed now.

5 years of nothing but trouble and ZERO support from an executive escalation. The initial dishwasher lasted 2 week before flooding my house. The installation crew claimed it was a faulty machine personally I thought it was the installation crew cross threading something because I "thought" KA was known for quality. Fast forward 4-5 years it will have cost 150% more than the unit to repair. Within the first month the soap dispenser broke. Next the wheels fell off the bottom rack and melted on the heating element. The hinges have warped and near impossible to close. It will simply pop back open while washing. The top basket has now collapsed rendering the machine useless. I emailed the executive team and even spoke to a representative for executive escalations. The will NOT stand behind their appliances. They did send someone out to inspect the burning smell and repairs were quoted at ~$1500 of which the offered $0. They did offer me a discount on a new machine but they go on sale all the time so the reality is they still make money selling me a new machine vs making their defective product right or replacing it. BEWARE! KitchenAid no longer stands behind their product nor is it the same quality their products used to be. Complete trash so buyer beware.

I am enjoying my dishwasher. It has a lot of room, cleans efficiently, and is very quiet when running.

Easy to program. Works well. Quiet. 3rd rack is great and dishwasher design allows for a lot more to be washed at once. Sleek look and finish.

Extremely quite! Third rack is great for items that do not fit well elsewhere. Being able to do top two racks is great for smaller load when you need curtains itemscbclean and haven’t filled the lower racy.

Amazing dishwasher - quiet, smart, sleek style, cleans well with several types of cycles depending on cleaning needs. Only comment would be that while it dries pretty well, not all water is 100% eliminated after completing cycle on select items that catch deeper pools. HOWEVER, I have yet to come across a dishwasher that has that has that nailed either. Well worth the purchase.
