Cleans the dishes very well and a lot quieter than most luxury brands. When buying a dishwasher you want a workhorse that runs consistently without issues. We replaced a high end luxury brand with this and we are very satisfied. Better than a viking, thor or jenn air imo

I love this Kitchenaid dishwasher. I'm finding the 3rd rack is perfect for cleaning things that would fall thru the rack on my old dishwasher. I rarely pre-rinse dishes, but that doesn't matter, the dishes come out clean anyway. Originally I was going to select a mid- price washer but when i saw the features and benefits of this one i upgraded. Best decision ever.

Dishwasher does the job! Wife used it a couple of times only complaint is maybe it takes too long. Very quiet!

It's a good dishwasher. It's quiet and works good. The 3rd party installers used by Best Buy don't know how to install a dishwasher nor will they listen to a woman who could have solved the first problem if they had listened to me. They had to come back a 2nd time and still didn't listen to me. The third time I had wonderful guys from the Geek Squad come out to solve my problem.

Best replacement dishwasher. We originally wanted the Bosch 800 series, but they were out of stock till September or something ridiculous, so we gave the kitchen aid a try after watching a few videos on it. This thing did not disappoint. It’s super quiet and that third rack for glasses is a life saver

Love so many things about this dishwasher. The pro dry feature is the best I've ever seen. Love the three racks. The only issue I've had is the middle rack coming off track but the geek squad fixed it and showed me how they did it. I don't expecting this not to be a continuing problem. Our kitchen and great room are to open to each other and the dishwasher is quiet enough to run while watching tv or talking with guests.

First of all, it does a great job of washing dished. And since that is why somebody buys a dishwasher, that should be the end of the story. However, that some issues. Pros: it does a really great job of cleaning dishes, even on the quick cycle. The 3rd rack is great for holding bowls and odd shaped dishes. Cons: 1. At times it is really noisy. I don't understand how they call it quiet. 2. After the completion of any cycle, including a rinse, there is a fan that runs for HOURS after the cycle ends. I've tried to adjust a program to stop it but no luck. 3. In trying to solve Con #2, I've contacted Kitchen Aid Customer Service, asking if the fan running is normal. Some internet sites suggest it may be. They reply fairly quickly and politely, but their solution is to initiate a service call to repair it. However, they also advise me that I may get charged for service call. I find it absurdq that the company that designed built the dishwasher apparently doesn't know how it works.

We like the top control panels and the fact that it is super quiet. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that it doesn't fit flush in the space where the previous dw was, because of this the corner left of the bottom of the dw has cause injuries to my foot as I move past it to go to the frig. The lower corners are sharp and have scratched my feet and caused them to bleed needing first aid because it sticks out more than the old dw did. Wish the installer would have told us that it was flush with the cabinets.

This is an excellent dishwasher. It looks great, runs very quietly and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes and other contents. The third rack is very useful for everything from kitchen knives to lids for plastic containers. A smart design inside allows plenty of space for dishes and tilts glasses and mugs so water doesn't pool on the bottoms. Genius. The silverware rack keeps silverware separated so it gets sparkling clean.

Love Love Love this dishwasher! It is super quiet. Does a great job cleaning everything. I was worried about tall pans fitting in the bottom since the 3rd row takes up some space but sheet pans can tilt over and work just fine. Only negative is that for some reason when i open and close it I accidently hit buttons, but you have to push start to actually start it so that is ok.

So quiet, the 3rd rack give’s more space for more dishes. We were looking at a different model and the sales staff showed us the kitchenaid model and we liked that 1 more.

We have owned this same model of dishwasher twice now. It is, hands down, the best dishwasher we have ever owned. With a very large family, we do dishes sometimes twice a day. The quality of cleaning is unlike any other prior model. Highly recommended!

SUPER quiet! Looks beautiful in my kitchen. The 3rd row is sooo useful and the extra jets up there are a huge bonus. I actually was able to fit the bowl from my Kitchenaid mixer in there just like I saw in the store. The adjustable 2nd shelf is fantastic. The lid to my largest fry pan fits in the bottom rack when I adjust the 2nd rack. Never had that happen before.

Through the years, we've owned two other KitchenAid dishwashers but this model has quickly become our favorite! Each load comes out squeaky clean, a big plus since the water in our area is so hard. We love the capacity, especially the flexible third rack. This dishwasher is also wonderfully quiet. Installation was expertly handled and the tech even included a helpful tutorial. Cleans well. Love the third rack on top. Everything is dry even the plastic. Did not want a dishwasher with WIFI and this one is perfect!
