Excellent product. Cleans and dries exceptionally well in normal, tough, and professional washes. I cleans well in express wash but does not dry well in express wash, some water drops stay on the dishes and cups. I would place this product performance at A-. I do not know the reliability yet, as i bought it a couple of months ago. Best buy policies are good when you have membership. You don't have to feel that you will be cheated or forced to keep the one that does not function well.

This dishwasher seems to hold more than our old one. It is extremely quiet and I love the look of it.

It does a terrific job cleaning. It would just be nice to have the tines flexible and the silverware basket be one size. Some of my knives have a bigger handle and I have to search for an opening that will fit it.

If you are contemplating between this model & a Bosch , BUY THE BOSCH!! Several reasons! 1) this dishwasher takes forever to finish, we manually shut it off when it’s done rinsing as the dry stage doesn’t seem to EVER SHUT OFF! Fan & heater go for hours & hours 2)for the above & below reason the Bosch will save you big on electric bill! 3)the top drawer seemed innovative! STOP, it’s not, thjngs don’t get clean on top or 3rd shelf of KITCHENAID making you have to wash them AGAIN!! 4)doesn’t hold as much, creating a higher electric bill to have another load to do more often Pros: it’s Quiet , dishes & glasses stand up better in this model then our Bosch Bottom 2 Racks, dishes come out sparkling if you have the hours and hours to wait for a load to finish

Replaced an existing high end dishwasher 10 years old. Great quality, clean dishes and lots of good wash options. The top tray rack is definitely a must. The front is plain enough that the mixed branding isn’t a factor.

We love our KitchenAid dishwasher. It works so well and it unbelievably quiet compared to our previous model. The stainless steel finish is resistant to fingerprints. I especially love the third rack and how easy it is to find perfect spots for most everything we can put in a dishwasher. So far, it's wonderful and we are so happy with our purchase.

this dishwasher does an amazing job cleaning dishes and it has lots of room.

The installation went smoothly including the leveling and initial operation. The technician/installer was an expert in his field and clearly explained the basics of the unit. My wife is also thrilled with the ease of operation, the three trays to that are available, and how quiet it is. Thank you, Best Buy, for the delivery and installation. It was pleasure to finally see it installed and working perfectly in our home!
