Not super happy with design of racks. The top rack’s v shaped dip down limits what can be put on the middle rack. Not enough room on bottom for our large cutting boards and cookie sheets for my wife’s home bakery even when the middle rack is all the way up. Decibels are closer to 55 than the advertised 40s. Racks need more adjustable times. Otherwise the dishwasher functions very well. We only went with the Kitchen Aid as the Bosch 600 would not be back in stock for 3 weeks and we couldn’t wait that long.

So far (3 or 4 weeks), it works fine. Really like the third (top) rack that can accommodate short glasses as well as flatware. Really runs a ling time. Looks like they all do now.

It has only been a couple of weeks, but we love our new dishwasher. The racks slide very smoothly. The dishes come out clean and dry. Shouldn't have waited so long to buy. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Quiet, seems to clean well and love the third rack. Wish it would turn off on its own at the end of a wash. Hums until I open the door.

Love my new dishwasher! This is our 2nd Kitchenaid with the last one made it just shy of 20 years. We have an open concept living area and hardly hear dishwasher running. Absolutely love the USEFUL top shelf!

The delivery was on time. Great guys. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work. We were a little upset we were not too priority to get a new one delivered. But in the end a new one was. It works just fine. We love it. Julie our sales person did a great job leading us to the machine that fit our needs. Thanks !

I’m very happy with my new dishwasher. I like the extra space it provides, and it’s refreshing to unload a dishwasher that actually gets the dishes clean. I would highly recommend this product.

High quality unit. I'm impressed. I got it as an open box deal, so I didn't really check out the specs. One observation of note, it is extremely quiet.

I actually do not have the finished product. Initial product was defective cosmetically and and mechanically. Mechanical problem was fixed on site by installers. Cosmetic problem will require replacement but this is an excellent dishwasher. I've been using it for a couple weeks and have nothing but praise for the cleanliness of dishes and spot free crystal. Note: This is scheduled for replacement on Oct 30, 2 months and 5 appointments after initial purchase, hence the Summary Title!!!

First time purchasing multipe KitchenAid appliances and never could be happier. They are built solid and quieter then I originally thought. Next major appliance purchase will be a refrigerator from KitchenAid.

Great choice! Love having 3 racks. Plus the sani wash. Gets our dishes really clean also.

Quiet as a whisper, quickly installed, and the features are useful but not intrusive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something beautiful and useful.

We were looking for a new quieter dishwasher to replace the old noisey 1 that came with the house ! The Kitchenaid that we bought is better in Every way ! Bigger and quieter for sure !!

This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. It is big with the three shelves, that work! Plenty of room for everything. It gets the dishes dry "Finally"! KitchenAid got it right this time!

I love this dishwasher, has lots of room for dishes of various sizes, I like the 3 drawer for coffee cups and larger utensils. This is a very quiet dishwasher, you can barely hear it running.

My wife prefers Kitchen Aid products. The dishwasher in our new home needed to be replaced and this one fit the bill. Same model as we had in our previous home. Nice an quiet good install by the Geek Squad. Good value.
