Love this dishwasher. Works very well and does a great job cleaning the dishes.one of the best dishwasher I had. Total recommend this machine.

7 months in and the refrigerator is still way quieter than our previous 20 year old dishwasher. I would not call it totally quiet because you can hear water being sprayed and hitting a wall or door somewhere.

We purchased this because it advertised advanced drying features. I would say it dries fair to average at best. The leveling feet go out of adjustment constantly causing the door to bind. I routinely find myself having to adjust the cheep plastic feet to level the appliance. It also goes through JetDry solution quickly. My best complement would be that it does clean dishes well and is very quiet when it operates. Overall we're disappointed especially since we forked out the extra money for a higher priced appliance due to its advertised drying features. We probably would have been better off purchasing an average priced dishwasher in regards to it's performance and quality.

Great dishwasher. It looks great. It’s quiet and it has an extra large third row rack.

This was a very smooth process from purchase to installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable and respectful. I notified initially what date my install would and the the night before was given a 3 hour time window. Install was quick and efficient.

The flexibility in loading made me choose this one. It is quiet and cleans well.

everything works well. cleans, dries and is very quiet but the 3rd rack is useless. top control to sensitive and confusing

Cleans really, really well but doesn't dry well. We got the panel ready and using it without the panel to balance the door is a pain.

I love this dishwasher. It gets everything squeaky clean without scrubbing everything down first. Plastic containers actually get dry on the Pro dry setting. I love that I don't have water pooled on top of the plastic ware. I also love the 3rd rack for my coffee cups and tervis tumbler lids. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Best dishwasher we've had! Top third rack wifh cup capabilities are awesome. Not the quietest but quiet enough.

This is my second KitchenAid dishwasher. I purchased the second one after 11 years because I was happy with the way My first KitchenAid dishwasher cleaned.

I was a fan of Kitchen Aid products. It is my second exact same model dishwasher. First one leaked from heating elemet hole. Metal that covers black rubbers is weak and corrosive. Weird it is not covered by leak sonsor. That leak cause short and electrinic boatd gone ( 260$ part) It worked only 5 years. Second one makes knocking noise which is annoying at night. Looks like quality personal needs to stop smoke crack. Otherwise it is greate dishwasher only for 5 years. I reccomend service dishwasher and use luiquid gasket on year 4.

Love this dishwasher, very quiet and easy to install. Was able to get it at Bestbuy 3 weeks sooner than the home improvement store. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Does a great job of cleaning. It's so quiet I can't hear it with my hearing aids in my ears.

This is an attractive looking dishwasher that gets the job done, but it shouldn't take *three hours* to clean dishes! I replaced my old GE Profile dishwasher (9 years old) as it no longer would fill with water, and chose this new one from KitchenAid. Previously, a cycle would take approximately 100 minutes (according to the display on the GE). This new machine takes 2:53 (according to the display and witnessed as truth). My understanding is that the extra time to wash is due to water consumption requirements, but I wish there was a way for me to have the choice with regards to water consumption vs cycle time. I'm less concerned about water conservation (given the fact that I live within 25 miles of Lake Michigan) than I am about having dishes done and put away prior to going to bed. The machine does a decent job cleaning, but it'd almost be faster to just buy new dishes...

So nice and so quiet. Hardly even know it’s on. Quality dishwasher!
