I've had the dishwasher 3 weeks now. It works great and is beautiful. It really is fingerprint resistant stainless steel. The install was so impressive. They called before they came, were extremely pleasant and on top of things. I will definitely buy my other appliances/installs from Best Buy. I didn't give it 5 starts b/c the 3rd (top rack) isn't adjustable and is pretty useless. None of my glasses will fit up there and that's what the top rack is for. I would rather not have a 3rd rack at all and just have more space for the other 2 racks.

I was surprised how quiet and how well my dishes looked after my first use. I would recommend this product to all.

Best Buy representative Drake Whitney helped a lot in explaining about this product. I love the way he explained it. Also, Best Buy is a fantastic coverage plan and this product is higher-end. I am suggesting others buying home appliances from Best Buy is a good option.
