Cleans really well and I use only use the express wash and pro dry . Love the 3rd rack

Does exactly what we wanted and described no complaints

This dishwasher replaced a Kitchenaide dishwasher that worked great and was very quiet. To our surprise, this new, more expensive dishwasher, is noisier and has moisture on the inside after the “Pro Dry” cycle. The finish is great as it does not show fingerprints. In addition, the display on the dishwasher’s face is helpful in that it describes the phase of the cycle the washer is in.

Having difficulty loading. Racks are difficult sizewise for loading our dishes. Like the quietness.

This dishwasher replaced our KitchenAid KDPE334GPS, a super-quiet unit running at 39dba, which we purchased in November 2018. We had several leaks so Best Buy replaced it because we purchased the Best Buy Protection Plan. This unit, the KDPM604KPS0, is the 2021 "upgrade" of our old dishwasher. It holds a lot of dishes and has a smart third rack which provides you with a lot more space; however, the third rack hangs down a little, causing the second rack to be placed lower than what you are likely used to. Also, running at 44dba, it is WAY TOO LOUD. If you are in the same room as the unit, you will hear a constant swishing sound. It also makes a constant humming noise. The sounds this machine makes are very annoying. Our older model was MUCH quieter, and I honestly wished Best Buy could have repaired it. I do not like this unit because it is TOO NOISY. Our challenge was there were very few dishwashers in stock, so we are stuck with this ultra-loud machine, over-priced machine (you would think it would be quieter for $1199). If you want a quiet dishwasher, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

We love our new dishwasher. It is incredibly quiet. The only time you can tell it's running is when it is drainig. The dishes come out spotless and everything is dry. We are very happy with our purchase.

Once we finally received the dishwasher we really liked it. Had a problem with BestBuy getting the order right but it was finally straightened out. I don’t really like the information panel on the front but must admit that I really like seeing “Clean” after it is finished it’s cycle. The installer kept me informed of delivery times and was very professional and informative.
