Received a defective one in the first place but was replaced with the new one which so far has been amazing in terms of space and clean ability.

This has more better feature than our earlier model. We had many issues with the earlier model. Hopefully, this one will not give us probles like the oldone we had.

Best buy account rep walked us through the various technical itesm associated with the dishwasher and helped us pick the best one to suit our needs. The Kitchenaide dishwasher did not disappoint. Works better than promised and we could not be happier.

Seems to use a lot of water and takes more than an hour for basic wash. Not sure if there is a setting to control wash duration, otherwise looks good. Love the 3 rows to accommodate more plates, cookware, utensils, and cups/mugs.

Attractive dishwasher with three very functional racks. But despite it saying it is 44DBA, the noise level is higher than that and noiser than previous dishwashers that have higher DBA's.

LOVE IT!!! So far so good!!! Dishes come out CLEAN AND DRY!!! Everything works as it should, and it is very quiet :)

Dishwasher is excellent. Scheduling the delivery was more challenging but we got it done.

2 stars only since it actually does clean and dry well. However make strange buzzing sound for a machine that is supposed to be quite. 1st time it was delivered broken and best buys delivery service tried to convince me there wasn't supposed to a fan at the bottom that sprays water?! My 1st call to replace it they wanted me to pay them for redelivery had to call back to get someone that didn't charge. 2nd machine delivered came with a strange buzzing so they sent a 3rd person out to check it and he said it wasn't supposed to make that sound and it was installed correctly. So 3rd one was delivered and still making the same sound that I was told it wasn't supposed to make

Dishwasher I outstanding and the install team was in our out within in an hour. They very kind and cleaned up afterwards perfectly.

KitchenAid has always been a winning product line for us. It was time for a new dishwasher in the home we just moved into and there was no question on what brand.

So far it has been very good. I only wish there was a way I could run the dishwasher WITHOUT any heat to dry as I am afraid to put some items in any dishwasher that might melt... I always use the heat for sanitation but don’t always want it with my everyday dishes...

We've had the dishwasher for a few months now and so far it's great. It replaced a 16 year old Kitchen Aid so here's hoping this new one lasts as long! :)

We love our new KitchenAid dishwasher. It does everything we need it to do. The only slight weakness is that there often seem to be a few items that haven't dried completely.
