Great service, so much to choose from, would it other appliances !

So far we are enjoying this new dishwasher. It is quiet and gets the job done. We had an Asko dishwasher from Sweden and we definitely like this better than that model/brand. I have accidentally opened the dishwasher while it was running because it is so quiet.

Purchased dishwasher install kit and was told it would deliver with delivery of appliances. It did not and I had to drive to store to pick up. Other than that install (of washer, dryer)/delivery crew was great. Super fast and courteous. Install was flawless and done in less than 20 minutes.

Installers from the Geek squad were fantastic, This unit was larger than original KitchenAid (3 racks) and extensive replumbing was required. They accomplished this job efficiently and effectively. No leaks and it works great, Thanks again guys!!

Love it!!! The shelves are very sturdy and everything is made with good quality.

This dishwasher replaced a 15 year old KitchenAid and we love how efficient and quiet it is. The digital display that shows the length of the wash and the word "Clean" when the cycle is over is very helpful. It is an all-around great dishwasher.

This is a review after having this for about 2.5 years. While it did pretty good up until now, it is now dead with what seems to be a broken pump as that's the last part for me to pull out and inspect everything else works. For the price I was hoping for something that lasted longer than my previous washer did which was about a 6 year old new home install.

This dishwasher performs well but is not as quiet as I thought it would be. Dishes are sometimes still wet even with the heating element.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This unit was serviced 3 times and we need it serviced now again. KitchenAid sent people each time along with today. I was then told we were now out of warranty. So it sucks for me now. Best Buy is wiping their hands from any wrong doing with sending and installing a faulty machine . So lesson learned , do not purchase major appliances from Best Buy and do not ever buy a KitchenAid product! Very disappointed.

Cleans dishes very well. Dries everything to the last drop with the prodry. Best dishwasher I’ve owned.

I love my new dishwasher! It runs very quietly and the dishes come out sparkling clean!

But this OtterBox is the Best buy that I've ever bought great item very quiet when it runs.

Dishwasher is quiet and dishes are very clean. It's larger than what we need during a normal day and we need several days worth to load it, but it is very efficient and great when we have visitors.

The dishwasher is beautiful & works great, but I wish I would have purchased from another company. Pacific Sales is very difficult to work with when it came time to schedule the delivery and installation.

The first dishwasher arrived damaged…. So can’t really say anything about that one. The current one leaks randomly from behind the door skin. BESTBUY won’t take it back because it was beyond the 14 or 15 day return period. Contacted the manufacturer several times and the only service company in my area is more than a month out. So it sucks.

Looked great at store I hope that some day they can find it and deliver it to me. They lost it somewhere .was supposed to be installed 6 days ago but they cant find it.

Excellent value in the category of high-end dishwashers. This dishwasher has all of the essential features of appliances costing $200 to $400 more and has several important features that are not found on less expensive models.

It is very quiet . Top rack is great. We now put almost everything in it. The sound level has been a wonderful suprise. Instalation was a breeze. Bought it Momday and installed on Friday.

Very satisfied with this purchase. The top rack is super convenient for lids, utensils, etc.
