The dishwasher is very quiet and easy to load. I love it.

After so much trouble getting my dishwasher finally got one that works the guys that put were the same every time and they were very nice and helpful

Disappointed that we were not told about installation extra charge for some sort of air valve. Also on the first model selected did not fit because of a “closed bottom design” sales person should have informed us about both issues.

DOA. Unit was installed today. Looks good, but will not run a wash cycle and is showing error codes. Also, I've had the version of this dishwasher with the handle on the front. I ordered my replacement unit as that model, because in my opinion the hidden handle on this unit flexes when you open it. Doesn't seem to be the best quality or design and I question its longevity. So, I'm switching to the same dishwasher but with the handle. Hoping the next unit works out of the box! Best Buy has been very helpful in scheduling a return/exchange installation within a few days. Great customer service from them!

FIRST Rate. Purchased this and it was delivered just a FEW DAYS later. Installer took out old one and put in the new ONE.. VERY PLEASED

Very happy with this purchase. The associate that sold us the dishwasher was very knowledgeable. We had it delivered in three days, and the truckers were very punctual.

The touch screen gets in the middle or every loading and unloading. Have to press cancel often.

With the sale price and installation, this was MUCH less expensive that Home Depot or the other big appliance store nearby.

Best dish washer ever bought, door and racks are high quality.

It was excellent until two weeks ago. We brought tech person and he said wash motor, drain motor, and vent assembly are bad. I bought this a little over than a year ago. I would not expect these troubles in sixteen months after purchasing it. The repairs are almost as expensive as the machine. The tech, who works for a certified KitchenAid service provider said the machine was probably defective and asked me to contact Kitchenaid.

Love it. Works better than I expected. The pro dry feature is a must have.

Placement of tines in racks not optimal. Drying is marginal.

Love the space and rack set up on this machine. Great wash options. Sliding rack on bottom isn't great spacing wise, but works well.

Washes and dry well but it’s a little noisy otherwise it’s a good unit

Not as quiet as I had hoped and door stuck on the bottom plate on inside of kick plate. Had to take it off.

The gentleman who helped us was very knowlegde, kind, professional and extremely helpful in our process. He should be commended/rewarded for his great customer services.
