Decent dishwasher for the price

Bad Dishwasher, I wish I could return it

Since we bought it in October 2020, it has been causing many issues and making weird noises. Kitchen aid has been great, but because of Covid, we have to wait weeks or months to get the parts to fix it. The technician has been here multiples times, and they still can't figure out what is wrong with it. They don't realize they sold me a defective product, and they can not figure out what is wrong with it. I bought it because it was a Quiet machine, but this is not even close in reality. I wish I could return this and get a different brand.

Cleans dishes, glasses and flatware better than any dishwasher I've owned to date. Only trouble so far is the rotating parts are made of a crappy plastic that seems very prone to fatigue in use. In my case, the middle spinner lasted less than a month. Great time to also come to the realization that KitchenAid support doesn't even take calls or requests over the weekend. Not happy.

Worst installation job by best buy. Property damag

It was damaged when it was first installed. My entire floor was damaged since it was a slow leak and I didn't realize it till it has spread. Best buy has washed their hands of the issue and are referring me to sedgewick, I am unable to contact anyone there. This is a scam.

All right I guess, came with NO instructions. book, so good luck to the buyer, right ? I'm struggling to figure it out myself. I'm not thrilled. Also, it really holds onto messy fingerprints, hard to erase. What's happened to Kitchen Aid ? Used to be the best , now toward the bottom.
