But the people delivering it were very rude and unprofessional. A very terrible experience. I wish I had bought the same dishwasher from another place.

I want my 15 year old dishwasher back

This one has been out of service for more than half of the time we've owned it with no resolution in sight. Best Buy has been out 4 times and can't fix it, and they refuse to replace it. Calls to Best Buy result in long wait times and no call back after promising to do so. Stay far away.

The only reason I gave it 4 starts was because it is noticeably noisier when it is running than my previous KitchenAid dishwasher.
