Issue with Error Codes E1, F9 after owning dishwasher only 8 months. Research shows the overfloat restricted, but the videos show the float in the front, and in this model there is no float to check, that is visible to layperson. Super frustrating

The dishwasher was damaged before it arrived at our house. It leaked significant amounts of water that went through the floor to our lower level. The ceiling below the washer was destroyed as was a light fixture. An exavt replacement we are told would take a couple of months. A dishwasher from a different manufacturer is taking a month. For now, we use the leaking washer as an expensive dish drying rack.

There seems to be a product defective flaw about this dishwasher. The front control panel above the handle, where the display is, where you pull the dishwasher open and close, that plastic piece bends and broke after a year of use. Attempting to get the item repaired is an additional act of congress thru Best buy even though I purchased a 5 year warranty. Best Buy was not helpful either.

I do not recommend this dishwasher, especially if you have on open concept home. It buzzes. And buzzes. And buzzes. I’d much prefer to hear the swishing of water to this buzzing. Big disappointment (and annoyance) compared to the three-rack KitchenAid dishwasher at my old house, which was virtually silent.

Love the dishwasher but the salesman misinformed us about meeting the lowest price advertised offer. When Best Buy had a better deal they said no to us receiving the lower price.

Returned, inside of dishwasher and dishes aways wet, no matter what cycle is used, and the cycles and drying are 3 hours or more. If I could give it a zero rating I would.

The dishwasher was leaking water from the front from the first day I received it. A repairman came and tried to fix it but couldn’t. I should be receiving a replacement by the end of October 2022. I hope the second one works properly and doesn’t leak

It is a very good dishwasher. My only small issue is that it doesn't do a great job on Quick Wash.

Love the upper rack-- good size for small mixing bowls and utensils

We have KitchenAid appliances throughout our kitchen with the exception of the dishwasher! Some of the reviews from other appliance dealers are correct, these guys have a leaking problem from the front door. After installation within a couple of days we were getting leakage from the front door. We now have a Bosch dishwasher in place of this one.

Does a great job washing/drying dishes and glasses.

I having a problem with the H2O sensor right now. Not sure if it is an easy fix. Other than that it seems to wash ok.

Bought an open box on line. The back of the dishwasher had a dent in it. There was other issues with it. The kitchenaid repair person said you are not suppose to sell dishwashers with a dent

I have had the kitchenaid dishwasher a little over a month. It is hands down the best dishwasher I have ever owned. The top third row shelf is an insane engineering upgrade. It allows so much more versatility in loading…..and wait for it everything actually gets clean. So happy with this unit. 10 out of 10

I wish I knew how it worked. It's been in my garage for almost 2 months because Best Buy's installers can't get their acts together. I've been scheduled and canceled 4 times. I'll be returning the dishwasher.
