This has proven to be a great purchase. I love the third rack and adjustable racks, it is quiet and my dishes come out sparkling and dry. The wash cycles are unusually long but with planning it has proven to be no problem. It is very quiet, a beautiful stainless finish and the recessed handle is a very nice feature....Nothing to bump up against as you are working in front of it.

VERY pleased with this three rack dishwasher. Cleans well, pretty quiet and lots of convenient space. Rinse only feature is good. Accommodates and cleans pots. and pans, not always perfectly but better than I was used to. Has option to put each piece of silverware in small compartments separated from the other pieces, so they are more likely to get clean.

We bought this dishwasher to replace a 26 year old KitchenAid that was still working, but definitely showed signs of age. We were torn between buying one of the many highly rated Bosch models but ultimately chose this KitchenAid. It has a third rack on top which really does come in handy for many smaller items. We like the adjustability of the middle rack and the layout of the bottom rack, with one exception: placement of the silverware caddy. It sits along the right side of the bottom rack. So tossing in a last minute knife or fork is not as convenient as when the caddy sat across the front. Also, if you have taller flatware, knives for example, because they may lean to the right, they often hit the side of the dishwasher wall when trying to slide the rack back into place. Not a major deal breaker but annoying. We use the Express Wash cycle for all loads [1 hr 10 min] and find it does clean our dishes well. It is very quiet, especially when compared to our 26 year old model! We've only had this dishwasher for two months, so thankfully we haven't needed customer service. All in all, there are no regrets in choosing this unit!

Super simple to install.ive had it about a month now. Very quiet! You dont even know its on! Dishes are always clean. Being able to wash top to racks only is cool but time is still almost as long as a full 3 rack wash.

We previously owned a Maytag. This new dishwasher in the same space feels like 2x more rack space (with the extra rack and layout). The results have been solid. No complaints at this point. Our Maytag had no front display, so you couldn't tell what stage it's in or if the dishes were cleaned without getting really close and looking at the top panel. This KitchenAid has top controls, but also a front display that provides some useful status information. While you can hear the dishwasher if you're listening for it, it's definitely quieter than our Maytag. Installation took me several hours, but I'm no wizard and in no rush. The front cover at the bottom is a bit weird and doesn't really give you a solid feel.

Extremely quiet dishwasher! Prefer the stainless steel interior seems more sanitary than other models with plastic interiors. I like, also, the upgraded features from my prior KitchenAid dishwasher-- 3rd rack on top with jets to reach inside glassware; knife rack, silverware basket is more sturdy, and overall dishes just get cleaner.

This Kitchenaid Dishwasher is very quiet. It’s great! Delivery and Installation was as promised. Dishes are coming out very clean. The settings are easy to use.

I was waiting for this dishwasher to be back in stock. I was looking for the specific features quiet, 3 racks large capacity stainless tub filtration system. Now I don’t have to pre-rinse the dishes anymore.

This is a great dishwasher. It is quiet and it is effective. The third rack is great! I have never seen a dish washer with such a roomy third shelf. Not only is their room for large utensils, the innovative design allow s you to fill with glassware or coffee cups. The only criticism I have is it needs led lighting.

We are very happy with the recent purchase of our KitchenAid Dishwasher. It does a fantastic job of cleaning the dishes, pots and pans, etc. Really like the 3rd top tray for the smaller items. It is quieter than the former dishwasher. You can't go wrong with KitchenAid!

Omg i love love love this dishwasher! Where đo i start? With the third shelf (that's removable!) How quiet it is! Or how well it cleans?i *thought* m my dishes were clean before but now i am kinda grossed out seeing bow how clean my dished should be!

Love everything about this dishwasher. The third rack gives so much extra space for those plastic items that can’t be put in the bottom rack. Also love the separate spaces for the silverware. The dishes have come out immaculately clean, and it is so quiet that I barely know it is running.

Without a doubt the very best dishwasher i have ever used. It has huge storage space. The 3rd rack is a dream, and its whisper quiet. We have put dishes in that we would normaly soak overnight and they come out spotless.

Replaced our 20 year old kitchenaid dishwasher with this new one. Very glad we did instead of spending a fortune fixing the old one. It is so quiet that we were not sure it was on. And it cleans your dishes and glases too!! The third rack is a added bonus. The instalation was very professional. Very glad we took the plunge.

This is our 2nd Kitchenaid. Like the 1st one, it replaced a crappy builder level washer. The new FreeFlex rack is a great upgrade. Wife loves that this thing can hold almost everything we own. Fantastic cleaning job, and very, very quiet.

This dishwasher is awesome! Looks great. Runs quiet. Cleans perfectly. We really like the slim look (no exterior handle sticking out) but we especially like how quiet it is. Can't even hear it running. The 3rd rack is a nice option as it makes it easier to lay in long knives or other "odds and end" cooking items.

We were very pleased with the entire experience, from the purchase, to the installation, and the operation is quiet. Cleans the dishes like a champ! Very Happy!
